Yes, you're correct. I got this screen shot from a YouTube LA Auto Show shot in the Porsche stand.

We all would. Don’t mind Ipse, he’s suffered TBI from banging his head for so long.

If you value rarity, then be happy others think differently.

I believe that’s the $6,930 Carrera T Interior Package in Leather with Stitching in Slate Grey.

What is the headliner like? I prefer RaceTex, I hate the cloth, do I have to spec this or is it standard? Thanks.

If you look at the configurator, there is a "Interior Race-tex" section... The headliner and basically the entire car can be configured with it, but it is an added cost option, and you will need to select any and all pieces you want done.

Here are some interior shots from the Porsche stock footage posted to YouTube last week. You can see three variations: the Carrera T Leather Interior with Slate Gray stitching with Sports Plus Seats and Full Bucket Seats and the Carrera T Leather Interior with Lizard Green stitching and Sports Plus Seats. The Slate Gray stitching appears to have a lot more contrast than it appears on the configurator. Porsche isn't showcasing any models with the Standard Interior at the auto show or online videos so it will probably feel a bit basic.

I like Ruby Star neo
I like the green interior T package
I don't think they'd look good together

I wish they kept red and yellow stitching packages like the 718 T

I’m #3 for the San Antonio dealer allocation and wanted to say thanks for posting information as things move along. I’m not rich so I’m having to sell off some other toys to make this one happen but in the meantime it’s nice to learn about all of the options available.

I’m in Orlando for my wife’s graduation deal and was able to stop by the dealer here and see what race tec interior looks like, as well as some other features and differences between the 991 and 992. I own a E63 but have had access to some other sports cars (Z8, M3, GT456 and now my 700hp Holden) but I’ve never sat in a Porsche 911. My Dad bought a 992 4S Targa last year so I started reading up on the 911 evolution has really changed over the years to make a very special car. I watched the Porsche races at COTA this year and I was happy that I went down to the dealership and ask to be placed on the list. I never asked about ADM and won’t be able to pull this off if they add one but I’m hoping the state of the economy sets some things right again as far as folks buying to sell or flipping them. Rolex seems to have the same problem.

While I would prefer yellow too, I actually think the green would work with Ruby Star.

Yellow stitching only belongs on cars with (yellow) PCCBs, in my opinion.

I think it would be fine as long as you don’t have anything in the interior neo. As it was mentioned opposite the color wheel and if you look at more detailed color wheels bright green falls into the “opposite territory”. Grey would be much easier to pull off and would look great as well and is a nice transition with the grey bits on the exterior. At the end of the day you’re going for neo which is already a bit out there, why not go full out with neo and green? On the 991.2T dealers had a tough time selling the Miami blue and lava models and now they a bit more sought after when in the right configuration.

small tidbit…when looking at headlights I ended up with the LED non-blacked out on the 991.2T. Little known fact but the bezel around the light matches the grey bits on the rest of the car. Ask a dealer if it’s the same in the 992 if thinking about the option…it is the little things that can bring the car together or make it disjointed.
