EPA certification has been given. The continuing delay is related to CARB certification with many delays already and no clear date (or reason) provided yet. If you are not in a CARB state you have nothing to worry about. If you are, let's just all hope that a late December build is not affected.

If it's regarding CARB certification, your dealer won't know anything either. Are you in a CARB state (California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state and Washington D.C.)?

Now this would be some big news.... Florida dealership getting 992 deliveries?????

Two posts this morning that Florida is receiving cars. Could this certification nightmare be over?

OK - I'm not in Fla obviously but had just Googled it and it's listed. My bad. Sorry.

Thankfully it’s 99.9% survival! I don’t have a dog in this fight, but hope that CARB review of applications can and will proceed even in lockdown. At this point I would hope and expect that actual physical testing of vehicles is not required and it’s review, negotiation, and ultimate approval of the application package that’s required. I’ve been directly involved with FDA and their review processes and they’re obviously moving things through despite working remotely. That’s not limited to COVID-19 therapeutics and vaccines. Hopefully CARB reviewers are able to do the same.

Ha! If Gavin Newsom is a communist then Karl Marx would be very disappointed in him. And no, we’re not in lock down. Gotta go, off to do some shopping.....

Bourgeoisie-life Marx and bourgeoisie-life Nuissom have one thing in common = Hypocrisy.

The foundation of their ideology is not equality or utopia for the people, it's hypocrisy.

No way Marx would have been disappointed in Nuissom, he would be very proud.

Yes we do get exactly the same cars here in non-Carb states. So I would like to thank @peterdouglas for having the patience to wait for his car and in so doing help to keep us non-Carb states' air cleaner. You wait...we benefit. Thanks for taking one for the Non-Carb team!

Comparing Gavin Newsom to Karl Marx is a bit of a stretch.... I guess we've reverted back to the 1950's red scare....
