no all car should be able to see it as long as you change it to GT3 or GT3 RS. what we don't see is the Tire temperature and I m trying to see if anyone can try it on the 22+ to see if the shift lighjt to work cause i been trying to figure out how to get that to work

Necesitarías codificar adicionalmente la aguja completa del velocímetro, etc.
And do you know what additional coding needs to be done?

In the more extensive coding thread there are instructions on implementing the full needle. I have a ‘22, so mine came with the full needle display.

And if I buy an instrument panel from a 2022 vehicle, could I simply swap one for the other and it would work?

That’s a great question. It seems so based on @asunnyhero’s comments.

I did, but not really by choice 😊
One thing you'll need to do is to ensure the new instrument cluster is coded to the car and mileage set to match the car & old cluster. That I believe, needs FAZIT and probably a dealer or @rnlst_log job!

I made a fun little discovery today playing around with the wing positions for my turbo wing.

Under PCM in coding values, there are three value inputs towards the bottom:

By changing Derivate value from 4 (normal carrera image shown below) to 1,2,6,7, or 8 you get a Cayenne (everything functions as normal and the cayenne even has the same display changes when changing drive modes or enabling things like suspension or exhaust changes. No spoiler animation though lol.
Changing it to 5 yielded me a convertible carrera (not pictured). Can someone tell me what number will yield a Turbo S? I also tried to play with the 'skin' option but it didn't do anything afaik. Also not sure if car class has different values that unlock other models.

Can someone experiment here with PIWIS, I am using Autel and I'm sure PIWIS will provide more info / guidance.

I have a val from a turbo s and if your derivate value is 4, the codes you show in your picture are the same as the turbo s.

Ah okay, as I mentioned in the post my default value was 4 (which shows the normal carrera). I guess this means the only options here are 4 and 5 (hardtop and convertible for whatever the car is), and anything outside of those two values results in a cayenne.

completed this, but brake light isn’t working. It was working prior to coding it. This indication the wiring is wrong or needing the control unit mod? It’s a 2020, but not sure if the early models need the control unit wiring modification.

No, nothing is wrong with the wiring nor the control unit. You need to go into BCM2 and activate the functionality.

sounds easy enough if I can figure out how to get in there and what to set it to. Is there a procedural doc out there I can follow to at least see how to do one? Instructions from Porsche were pretty straight forward. Maybe something similar?

figured out how. Adjusted the comfort access with key fob settings. Just need to find the brake light setting you’re referring to. Thanks!
