Still no word or update for my 718 that has been at the Port of San Diego since late March. Still waiting for it to be trucked to the dealer in LA/OC area. Still on step 9, still nobody knows a damn thing. Anybody else get any information about what the hold up is in San Diego or if their cars were released?
I'm still on step 9 as well. I know that yours came in on the ship before mine, which is concerning. My SA mentioned the date slipped from 4/14 (originally expected at dealer in LA area) to 4/17 but did not have any reasoning as to why it was. There is definitely some sort of delay going on. Will post more info as I get it.

Apparently there's some kind of shipping hub there but I can't verify that Porsche is actually using it. Dunno if this is just a total mistake or what but I'm expecting this to lead to a whole bunch more delays.
My vehicle is also in France - Completed Production 2/28 - Scheduled to be at port 4/24. There is large vehicle shipping company located there - https://www.tramosafrance.com/ They can store 9000 cars, I found one pick on the site that shows a Porsche - This pick is showing their workshop where they fix damaged in transport.

Makes sense why some of ours were sent there, although my SA said there were 120 Porsches sent there (including mine) which would seem like a large number for transport damage? Still, it would explain a lot why there was such a massive delay on these cars and why I'm still showing April 24th as getting to Emden, but then not getting on a boat for another 3 months after! Porsche's outside date might suggest the vehicle was damaged and they're building in plenty of time for repair. That would be worse case, maybe I can hope it just got randomly put there while transit delays are occurring elsewhere.

Appreciate it, I will do the same. No answers yet on my end. Still says 4/14 for me. I don't believe it though.
My vehicle (a 992 Agate Grey S Cabriolet) is also sitting in Creutzwald with Tramosa France. It has apparently been there since shortly after it was released for transport on February 13th (Friday the 13th). TYD is showing the same upcoming milestone as yours (4/24 at Emden) with departure from Emden on 7/15 and arrival at local entry port on 8/6. From prior posts, it seems that the Creutzwald-destined cars all completed manufacturing in early-to-mid February. So unless there was some sort of major adverse event (such as a hail storm or train derailment) that would cause damage to 120 cars, I am thinking/hoping they weren't sent there for repairs of damage in transport. My SA has been unable to obtain any further information/explanation for the detour to France. Having to wait to an additional 5 months (or longer??) beyond the original delivery date is very frustrating for all involved. But a larger concern is whether such an extended delay could impact the quality of the car. It appears that the cars are outdoors, and exposed to the elements. And sitting idle for 6 months after manufacturing is completed might not have the same effect as aging a fine wine. Perhaps someone reading this post might have an informed opinion of the realistic prognosis regarding potential quality vulnerability. If so, any insights would be welcomed.
