TYD shows 1/28 Arrival in Houston, but I suspect that may change since Siem Cicero may be late into Baltimore.

Visitor from the Panamera waiting room here...mine is reportedly on Cicero as well, and it sure looks like it will be at least a day, if not two, late to my port at Baltimore. The ship has been tracking toward the Caribbean for several days, I assume to try and pass south of Winter Storm Izzy. I don't blame them, as there are 50 knot gusts on the Chesapeake today and part of tomorrow, from what I have seen.

My freeze date occurred last week. Now TYD just shows my expected delivery date and no more “XX days to ____”. Is that normal once you hit the freeze date? Watching the countdown helped (at lease a little bit) with my ADD/OCD/Impatience.

How long did everyone’s car take to arrive at Emden? My vehicle has been stuck at the in transit to Emden since middle of December.

For me, it took only three days from production complete to arrival at Emden. And a week after that it was on board a ship headed west. However after setting sail TYD was hit and miss on updating. You could be stuck in one of the update delays or there was something that was incomplete in production that has to occur before it can head to Emden.

I’m hoping it’s just an update delay. My previous vehicle also only took three days to arrive at Emden after production.

Same thing is happening to my C2S. Completed production on 12/14. After 3 weeks of no real new info, my SA informed me my 911 is awaiting a missing part.
Has your SA given you an update on the cars location?

On a waitlist for a Targa 4 since August '21 (NOT the Targa 4S). Hearing rumors that the Targa 4 may be rare.

Q: Has anyone received an allocation or delivery for a Targa 4 (not the Targa 4S) in the last few months? If so how long were you on the list before allocation and then delivery?

Q: Did you have to take some action to secure allocation? (E.g. prior Porsche customer, paid way above MSRP; one dealership asked for $35k over!)

Q: Is the Targa 4S easier to get?

Same situation, C2S exited production on 12/10 and TYD showing started en route to Emden on 12/13 with expected arrival on 12/17 and has yet to complete. I also noticed around the same time it was in transit to Emden that the expected delivery to the dealer went from around February 8th to March 18. This car is going to be off loaded in Houston.

Asked dealer and they have no clue and appear to not have the ability to figure out what the hold up is. Pretty frustrating. Started this process in early May of last year and still no idea when I will get a car.

ordered targa4s in july....was 4th in line for allocati. contract for msrp. on....now first in line.

Same here, my delivery date was pushed out to March. Dealer thinks it could be missing a part as well but isn’t sure. Hopefully it’s just a glitch with the tracking.
