It's the current drifting the vessel without anchoring. Siem Confucius did that in the English Channel for 2 days.

Alright, after 8+ months, it’s finally time for me to check out of this thread. Car arrived at the dealer this morning and I’m picking it up tomorrow. Good luck to those still waiting!
