Picked up my C2 on Thursday after about 4 months of waiting. Couldn't be happier with the car. Color is Night Blue Metallic which unfortunately has been discontinued for unknown reasons. The car arrived just in time for the weather to turn miserable in NYC - looking forward to sunnier days for sure.
Picked up my C2S today, and can't wait to take it out on some spirited drives and fun track days. It's my first Porsche, so I'm also looking forward to joining a new community offline. The front is protected with Xpel, so it took a few days longer to get it, but would rather have it done before driving it, than having to come back to get it done. The clear front markers didn't arrive in time, so I'll have to get the ugly orange side markers replaced later.
not enough people keep the exclusive design wheels unpainted. I think they look best like this. Great looking ride.
Congrats to Carsten and dougoo6 on your deliveries. Both cars are amazing. I almost ordered NBM but switched to Gentian at the last minute. However, I did go with the Classic wheels. As slc4s said, the Exclusives look great on Aventurine. Enjoy your cars in the new year.
Just received an email from Porsche which allowed me to add my car to My Porsche and use TYD again. The car arrived at PEC LA yesterday! I was beginning to worry that it got hijacked somewhere between Houston and LA. Only two weeks and two days until delivery.
I can now check out of this thread as well. I took delivery of mine on Friday as well.
For those still in line, you may get to a point that you say it is too long and lose your excitement. It will be worth it once you sit in it for the first time and turn the "key"!

Congrats! Is the first photo at Floyd Bennet Field?
Finished my final build - 992 GTS. Looks like I am waiting on a May/June delivery.
As an aside, I spent a day at PECLA driving a GT3 (I won't pay the crazy ADM so it is a non-issue) and a Turbo S. Obviously the Turbo S is faster that an S or GTS. However, for $60k less I decided on this GTS. I learned via my PECLA experience that I am not a skilled enough driver to put the Turbo S to use, let alone the GT3. So, I went with a classic, gentleman's build.
Anyway - I locked in my build with the AD this past weekend. Here is my build:

I really needed to hear this because I've waited so long and I've gone over my spec so many times that I did start to lose my excitement for the car. Enough so that I started second-guessing the huge check I'm going to need to write once it gets here. But - my C2S is now on the Grand Aurora making its way to California and my excitement is growing again. I can't wait for that visceral moment when I turn the key and hear *my* 911 come to life .
