mirror tap for my redline radar detector
clear side lamps
akrapovic slip on
appt with Detailer's Domain for PPF and ceramic coating (Phil is one of the best in the NY/NJ area)
Need to look into:
dash cam
GT3 side skirts (already built with aerokit sideskirts which now I kinda regret)
sport cats or catless with tune (I hope I don't want or need it)
smarttop (had it in my 991)
I noticed that TYD is updating miles remaining on a regular basis. Is this new? 8 am this morning showed 2754 miles to go and now 9 hour later it is showing 2633. Works out to about 13.4 MPH which sounds about right. Maybe it is just estimate vs actual position updates but at least it is something to dawdle on while waiting 🤪
Same here, taking delivery from Porsche Stevens Creek. SA states could be sooner or later (not helpful there) but he sees no active blocks so hopefully sooner.
My Taycan CT4 is on the same ship. Halfway across the Atlantic Ocean now. . Still needs to hit the East Coast and then thru the Canal tho...likely hits San Diego around 12/26 or 12/28. Glovis Supreme half-way journey

Took delivery yesterday. Ordered 8/4 so not too long a wait. My Porsche still showing “order created” so no build photos. I’ve really enjoyed this thread and wish you guys the best. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.

My Spyder is on the same ship. Getting off in San Diego. The last few weeks are the toughest of the entire process.
Felicity Ace just docked in Emden after coming east. Hope this is the boat I get on!
How long does turnaround usually take to head back west ?
**Nevermind, that boat doesn't even stop on the east coast of the U.S. Oh well, going to be a long time to get a ship that hits the east coast people, it appears.
Waiting their turn to enter the port or to get a pilot on board the vessel to bring them in. They must stay in motion so they can maintain steering control.
Final day of waiting . I pick up today at 2 pm . It’s been at dealer since Saturday. Longest wait of the journey . Although my journey was shorter than most . Last day of June called my local dealer . Lucky me they had a allocation for an s model . Secured it that day . A few days later traded in my 2015 for more then I paid for it 3 years earlier . Dealer had it sold in less then a month for substantial more then they gave me . Good so far right …..except now without my car …..that is until today so happy ending all
