Felicity Ace totally unloaded her Davisville RI vehicles and left for Houston….for those of us who had 992s shipped via Davisville, progress is being made!
Next step: car carrier to the dealership……we’re rounding third and heading for home!

Anybody with me on Siem Aristotle? After being anchored for three days outside Annapolis she is now approaching Baltimore port. Should be unloaded tomorrow.

Random question. Once your build enters phase 2, how long till production (phase 3) starts usually?

Talked to my SA today, I should be able to come in and see my C2S tomorrow or Wednesday! I won't be able to pick it up before Sunday, since it's getting Xpel PPF on the front. But after waiting for months it's finally happening
I've read about the 2,000 miles break-in period recommended by Porsche (max 4k rpm). Are you guys actually doing that, or is it full throttle from 0 miles? I plan on keeping the car for maybe 10 years, and do a lot of track days, so I care more than if it was a lease I planned to replace in 3 years anyway. I read about the break-in in another thread, and the explanation made sense. The problem is not so much the rpms, but more higher temperatures internally, as the result of high rpms, during the first 2k miles that is a problem.

Phase 3 complete!
PHASE 3 completed!
I have been eagerly awaiting these photos for months!
It is estimated to be on the vessel Jan 7 and arriving to San Diego Feb 4.
Do any of you know how I can find out what ship this will be loaded on to?

Looks like they added a port stop in Veracruz and Santa Marta - My TYD also says 2/11
But according to sailing schedule CW 50 looks like gets into Benicia on 1/23/2022 and into San Diego 2 days earlier on 1/21 - My hope is it doesn't take 3 weeks from the port - based on others timings... maybe a week? So 2/1 into Fremont is what I'm hopefully planning for.
