hmm i wonder if it's because i scheduled my PEC Atlanta for 12/3. everything updated to show that as my delivery date. Good lord, i hope they're not holding it in Germany because of that. that would be stupid.
perhaps... but something still doesn't add up. The same vessel cant be unloading my car in Baltimore on the same day yours is being loaded in Emden.
Joining the room. At least the music is nice in here. Submitted order demand with dealer last week for GTS. Strapping in and grabbing a book for the epic wait.
ha, excellent point! I guess we'll see whenever the boat leaves what my status says.
Same... dates keep moving around (my original ETA to dealer when I placed the order a few months ago was 10/12). It since moved into late November, then mid November, and now 10/22. Hopefully we both get our cars sooner! PEC delivery is very cool too but I am way too impatient for that.
Interestingly, my TYD has updated to phase 2- scheduled for production. However it still shows my freeze date as end of October. Is it possible to be scheduled for production but not be frozen? I'm thinking TYD is a bit wonky...

I had this happen to me as well. TYD is still the most accurate info. Mine froze and unfroze too lol.

The High Level view (on your Home Screen) shows the scheduled for production about a month before freeze date - at lease for me. In TYD it is a different milestone that occurs just before begin production.

Scheduled means just that. Don’t confuse that with being produced. Your freeze date will come before your actual production date.
That is what I'm referring to. I just assumed "load-ready" meant it's "loaded" and "ready" to sail. But as you can see from a previous ship, Glovis Sun, it was "load ready" on 9/27. It left very early in the morning of 9/28. The RCC Prestige left early morning on 10/1, having been load-ready on 9/30.
So, I guess that means RCC Europe will depart tomorrow. And by the way, for those wondering, the Siem Aristotle is moored right next to the RCC Europe. Both are certainly swallowing up cargo as we type.
Just chatted with my SA. He said my car is scheduled to depart Emden Oct 15, so Looks like the RCC Europe is not technically scheduled to leave port until then. That would still have it's ETA as scheduled in San Diego on Nov 4 (sea time is to be about 21 days from Emden to SD). Of course this could all change and the ship leave early or late.
Got this last week with an updated (earlier) ETA to dealer on 10/22.. it is currently at the port in Emden waiting to board the Siem Aristotle. @rowsey your car may be on the same boat? Mine will unload in Baltimore.
What a beauty! Is that GT Silver? My build looks very similar to yours except for no side skirts and no sunroof. Please post photos when yours arrive!
Similar situation here. My C2S is on the Glovis Sun. Port on 10/29 @ Benicia. From talking to my SA and others, might not be a bad thing to go through Benicia as they are seeing longer delays in getting the cars processed and out of San Diego so at the end of the day, might be the same or even a bit faster through Benicia.
My PEC-LA is scheduled for 11/24 (day after yours). Could have scheduled for the 15th but opted for later to assure no issues with port delays. If you get delayed at port and then have to reschedule your PEC-LA delivery, with the backlog, you could be looking into mid to late December so took the more tactical approach here.
This is what happened a couple of years ago when I took delivery of my Cayenne Turbo there. EPA delays mean having to change my PEC-LA delivery and next 4 weeks were already full so they tried their best to fit me in but ended up extending out delivery quite a bit.
Food for thought for others who are going to be scheduling the PEC deliveries.

Why do you think the RCC Europe does not depart until 10/15? Is that what your S.A. has told you? I'm informed from my S.A. that it should be leaving very soon, and certainly by the end of the week. Keep in mind that the estimated dates on TYD are always a Friday (with the exception of the ultimate delivery date). TYD is then updated with the "actual" date after the event has occurred. For what it's worth, TYD shows my car on the RCC Europe, with a 10/8 "on vessel" date.
