There is some unconventional stuff happening with shipping at the moment. I had been trying to figure out (along with my SA) what has been going on with my macan gts that has been at emden since Sept 21 and yet not loaded on two different westbound ships that have come and gone. Well, they got an official update today on my order and turns out some Porsche vehicles are being transported from Emden up to Bremerhaven port likely by truck (about an hour and a half away) and then being loaded onto ships there with other VAG cars. So, while I had been watching for emden ships heading west, looks like my ship is not stopping in emden at all. Never would have expected that one.
Interesting, so do you know if your Macan is on a ship at all? I know that BMWs exit Germany through Bremerhaven so there should be frequent sailings from Bremerhaven too. Bremerhaven isn't far from Emden either, so I wouldn't expect it to take multiple weeks to get it shipped.
I think we're all just guessing at this point as my timeline makes no sense either. Yesterday I had a delivery of November 5 (Houston) and the ship was still at the dock. Today Felicity set sail and my timeline (along with others) gets extended three weeks to November 26. Funny thing is on TYD the dash line shows a shipping route that is inaccurate as TYD shows a northern route where as the ship is currently heading south through the English Channel. Someone's theory on picking up a couple more stops along the way still would not extend the timeline by three weeks. I know there are dozens of ships waiting out for their turn to pull into port but the car carriers have a unique dock system that other ships don't use. Therefore they should not be congested like the container ships. Regardless, being on the water headed this way at least feels good.

I agree. Maybe they are doing the "under promise, over deliver" game. But they should have been doing that all along. MarineTraffic.com shows the route going through the English Channel. It also shows 11 day sail to Halifax whereas the Siem Aristotle had an 8 day sail.
Update: TYD now shows the Felicity Ace going through the English Channel

Reason: Correction to Shipping Path
My TYD yesterday jumped to "Freeze Point Reached" one week ahead of the scheduled date. Not an issue, since I had not made any changes since the order was created, but I was still a bit surprised. Delivery date has been fluctuating between late December and early January, but I am not holding my breadth (C2S Cab in GR).

Great man that's awesome... C2 Cab GR November delivery
This is what I was able to obtain tonight: Looks like it was moved back a week…..At least it is on the Vessel. That is a good start.
Vista6019, the last time I was able to get into TYD, it showed my Targa 4S was loaded onto Felicity Ace on 10/13. Now that FA is on the way, I feel a little better but I still cannot get into TYD. What did you do to get into TYD last night?

Congrats! Definitely looking forward to photos from yours! I went with Black Leather and deviated stitching in GR as well as Chrono and Tach in GR. Passed on the seat belts though. Mine comes with both Premium and Sport Package and Exclusive Design Wheels.
I have a C2S GR coupe that got to Emden on 10/14. Doesn't show on a boat yet so I must have missed the FA. However, TYD shows delivery 11/26 updated from 12/03.
