Is it my fault ? did I check TYD one to many tImes causing the system to fail . As much as I enjoy going through the forum , it doesn’t quite get me where I need to be . It will be great to see where it is once it’s up and running. It was at the port maybe it got loaded and maybe not , my twisted mind needs to know . Or maybe it was one of you checking one to many times ? Time to call therapist!

TYD has been down all week. The only "hack" to get in is to use the link on the intro email they sent. But truthfully, the system is far from perfect. For example the 911 showing as my car is several configurations ago. I emailed them several times, and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. How is that they could not put the proper vehicle's photo on there? It's from the configurator. I even offered to send them the 4 photos for them to use. They were not interested. But they did congratulate me on the car, so that was nice.

that's not the only way. if you go to your browser's URL box and start typing trackyourdream.porsche.com, you should see historical pages you've visited that start with that text, and one should be a loooong URL that looks like this:

https://trackyourdream.porsche.com/u...rc0ZxlOw%3D%3D

Just go to that... now if you have your browser to not store history, then you're out of luck.

(note the above URL has gibberish in it so it will give you an error if you click it)

it's the URL that has your TYD variables stored. and it shows what looks to be updated (this what i'm seeing today)

Yeah, apparently VW ships out there as well. My car is supposedly being loaded sometime between today and when my ship is scheduled to leave on the 18th. My SA gave me a screen shot from the internal system. It shows...

Vehicle Location: Emden
Next Location: On Vessel (that next location for this ship would be Bremerhaven where it arrived this morning) ​

What I find interesting, is all of the dates on my event schedule (which have stayed put for quite a while now) all line up with this Bremerhaven Port / Garnett Leader ship schedule. ​I have never heard anyone here on the boards share such a transport story so at first I thought perhaps an isolated situation. The order guy at my dealership told my SA that actually Porsche is doing this more now. So must have been the plan for my car all along. Not sure why it would not have gone on one of the two ships that loaded in Emden the past few weeks going to San Diego while my car just sat there, but is what it is. As long as it gets here, is what counts I guess.

None of this ever appeared on my event schedule. So for others, do not 100% assume your car is loading onto a ship at Emden even if the car is at Emden.

Mine just reached Emden 10/14 and probably waiting for a ship to Benecia, CA. How did you get the upcoming ship schedules @frankchn ? TYD estimates 11/05 ETA for "On the vessel"

The Felicity Ace schedule should look like this:
Halifax **ETA 26 Oct, *ETD 26 - 27 Oct
Davisville *ETA 29 - 30 Oct, *ETD 29-30 Oct
Houston *ETA 5 Nov (ish)

**Based on ETA from marinetraffic.com
* Based on past transit times for other vessels on the same route.

So the 11/26 arrival to Port of Houston is likely very conservative and could be based on factors that we are unaware of.

If yours gets loaded in Emden, likely next ship for you to Benecia, will be Glovis Chorus (departing Emden eta Oct 23) or after that RCC Classic (departing Emden eta Nov 13).

Going to port of Houston. TYD doesn't show "on the boat" but arrived Emden 1014. Who knows???? I'm getting addicted to the Porsche website! Maybe it's time to just sit back and wait!?

Pretty much the same as yours... different wheels but I did get the seatbelts in GR as well. Maybe we were born in the same year too? 1967?
