If you sign up for the free account on Fleetmon you can get satellite tracking.
THANKS......I never noticed the tracking on the TYD..... that is pretty cool and all I need. Just waiting for it to get to Jacksonville and unload my Targa 4S!
But the wait time in the States, from what is being reported on here, is 1 or 2 years. If you are having the same supply/demand issues that we are having then I would assume it will be the same for you. If you can get on a waitlist for both (base and S) that would probably increase your odds perhaps. My instinct tells me that if you get on a waitlist (deposit and all) that you will get an allocation within a year.
Regarding your build - Remote Park Assist would not be a high priority for me especially at $4000. I would choose ACC, surround view, Lane change assist and InnoDrive instead. In fact ACC comes with InnoDrive.
You may want to start a separate thread seeking comments on your build. You will get more opinions than you ever wanted and it will help you understand the options more. I spent 3 months refining my build on the configurator so it's not a case on one and done... make sure you understand all of the options available in SA since they may be different than what is on the North America configurator.
