The Felicity Ace schedule should look like this:
Halifax **ETA 26 Oct, *ETD 26 - 27 Oct
Davisville *ETA 29 - 30 Oct, *ETD 29-30 Oct
Houston *ETA 5 Nov (ish)

**Based on ETA from marinetraffic.com
* Based on past transit times for other vessels on the same route.

So the 11/26 arrival to Port of Houston is likely very conservative and could be based on factors that we are unaware of.
Appreciate the further details. Lets hope that the updated November date that is posted on TYD is very conservative.

If our cars are actually at Emden and not Bremerhaven (like @meyecul ’s Macan), then the schedules can be found at https://www.stenaglovis.com/customer-centre/schedules/. I don’t know if VW or their logistics partner utilizes every vessel though, and there might be some other ships not listed.

My dealer says if you change the color if already submitted - your car these days is kicked back in time.

I've never found that to be true. I changed my paint several times on this one and (so far) it's a month early.

Thanks mate, you prefer my old '68 912 then, the steering wheel is on the other side, which is a pain in the **** when ordering a Big Mac!

(thats not me driving it by the way, I'm not that handsome!)

Okay west coast guys. Scratch everything I said about Bremerhaven and my Macan. Looks like my dealer was wrong in this particular case.

The Garnet Leader left Bremerhaven and is in route to Emden as I type this. This ship was not on any west bound schedule I have seen thus far so if you have a car at Emden going to San Diego or Benicia you could be hitching a ride with mine.

Will be awesome if my car can make that boat but I suspect given that it just arrived at port, I’ll be waiting for the next one instead.

Interesting. When did you order yours? When was the original expected delivery date? I ordered a base Carrera in September with an expected delivery date of 12/31. I made several changes after my order was placed so was concerned that affected the eta.

Making changes to your options - in and of itself - before your freeze date shouldn't affect delivery time. Presumably, they don't start sourcing your options until after the date. It's what you have as options after the freeze date that may change your delivery date - think Exclusive Manufakter, PTS or options in short supply,
