Zero pictures at any point for me, in emden now also, supposedly. Hope to goodness I don't get a pink polkadot car in person, lol....
My car also shows at Emden, apparently waiting on a ship. Not sure how I would determine which boat it will be on, but supposedly into the Houston Port around the 19th.

Our rides will be going to and from the same place at the same time. We are in the same boat, literally

The good news is I now have a Monday car. Today's TYD says production started today and finishes on Friday. Hopefully, it'll be done before the serious drinking starts.
LUCKY!
Ok, seriously, as @dgtarga pointed out, all of the future TYD dates are Friday's - but it is still fun to torment people... mine was however actually built on a Friday! With the exception of the glove box being upside down, all was perfect
I just spoke at length to a salesman (not from our dealership) yesterday at a car meet. He said if you put an order in now don't expect delivery until one year. His dealer won't sell new cars at over MSRP, but that rule doesn't apply to used cars. They're paying MSRP for recent used cars.
Our car reportedly left Baltimore on Saturday for Atlanta. Should be adequate time to reach Atlanta by Thursday. Hopefully the paperwork will catch up. It's a nail-biter.
Yes, that is true. Dealers haven’t gotten new allocations since July; Porsche sent none in September. Their next expected batch of allocations won’t be until next month and the list of those looking for cars is growing. Be thankful if you fall into the camp that has an allocation already. It’s going to be rough for some time.
My build was supposed to lock in 7 days, but I added CXX options last week and it got pushed out about 30 days. 32 more days until lock!!!!

PTS falls under CXX (…as do many of the easily accessible options on the configurator), but in my case it was the leather door sills with deviated stitching and the extended door leather that caused my lock date to be extended.
Well, TYD updated and shows my Targa 4S is now loaded on Felicity Ace. So, FA just got to the Emden port early this morning...and I know it won't take 10 days to load the ship...anybody follow how long it normally takes to load a ship? And are there any updated shipping schedules showing the dates of the port stops along the way? This still shows it to be at the Houston port (and at my dealer) on 11/12.
My car just went from In Production to Ready from Transport to "In transit to Emden port". TYD dates dealership arrival have been jumping around, originally 11/19 then 12/03 and now 12/31. Anyone seeing something similar? Now that the car is built, is TYD more accurate on the final date?
@breny4104 I thought you and I were production buddies ha your car is way ahead of mine!
