My local dealer is asking 10k ADM for an S coupe to be delivered in February. Is this a good deal? Thanks in advance
I don't think that's too bad based on other quotes I am seeing. If you have the money and really want the car now then go for it. I personally think we are 12-24 months away (if not longer) from being able to walk into your local Porsche Dealer and getting a 992 at MSRP or lower. That combined with what the 2023 MSRP will be increased to with inflation...that $10k premium might get canceled out.
The one hard fact is that Siem Aristotle is underway.
Porsche's scheduling system indicates that Siem Aristotle departs Emden on 10/08 and arrives in North America in ~10 days
Porsche's system still indicates these cars are assigned to the Siem Aristotle. I'm not sure when the next ship is scheduled to run, but it may be awhile, and I doubt ALL of our cars got bumped to some ship not yet assigned or scheduled.
Edit: Dealer tells me the regional rep said the car is on the boat. I think we're good.

I was a week away from "scheduled for production", now it says my car will freeze again on Thanksgiving day.
I am looking at about a 2 month delivery change, from December to February.

Yes, it happened to me and it has happened to many others. My initial delivery date was mid-September. With lots of pushing back of my freeze date, and with a post-production 1-month delay to install some more items, I'm taking delivery in late December. I made a few minor changes, but did nothing to cause it. Consider yourself lucky if that 2-month delay is all it turns out to be.
Received update today with notification of completed production. Pretty excited but appears that they included only two pics, not the typical 3. Oh well progress is progress! A little disappointed in that I am getting Goodyears but oh well. Was hoping for the Michelins….LOL Looks like I am 40 days out from delivery. Evidence of amber side markers for US delivery but first mod will be clear side markers! PSE in black as well as Exclusive clear Tail lights are cool as well.

Hope your SA is right. I’ll get an update from my SA on Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed my car is on the Siem Aristotle 10/8 sailing 🤞
Congrats! A lot of movement again. My C2 started production yesterday and was scheduled for the Friday. I am hoping mine gets produced as soon as yours!

I got my completed production email on thursday (actual Oct 4) and am already at Emden. but no pics as of yet and myPorsche shows phase 2 still. Will the pics come or am I one of the unlucky ones that got skipped?
Same. Got the email on Friday 10/8 with actual production completion on 10/5, also at Emden but no pics yet. I am hoping we both get it by early next week, I am eagerly waiting for those pictures since my delivery is almost 2 months out.

Supposedly mine completed 10.5 also according to TYD ands in transit to emden....who knows, my SA hasn't said anything yet to me either, not sure what to believe.

My phase 3 notification and associated images were received about a week behind the other notification appearing on TYD about vehicle being transported to Emden. I would bet you will receive them next week
