Your boat left Halifax and headed to Houston! Good luck with your journey
Hopefully, I am weeks if not days from leaving this thread. How fast can they drive the truck from Halifax to Toronto? lol
ETA to Houston is 7/14 @ 06:00
Probably 10hr drive on a truck to my local. Assuming that I will get it on the 19th or 20th pending issues at the port......or hurricane Elsa wrecks the ship.
Sweet, thanks. Looks like the "Lake Geneva" is heading my way!!!
I’m also on the Lake Geneva. The ETA to the port of San Diego is 7/10 and TYD has my car at the dealership 7/16. Not sure if that’ll be accurate however. Heard of at lot of cars being held at the port for weeks. Guess we’ll see soon enough.
I’m not even excited for my car anymore. I either need to regain the stoke or just pass on taking delivery if it ever does arrive. I guess I’ll see when/if the time ever comes.
Christmas will be here before you know it. I ordered in November and I am on the Grand Sapphire and expecting delivery beginning of August. Following the delivery does give some relief to the wait. It's kind of like waiting in the lines at Disney Land, progress around the next corner and then finally you are there! Get to go on the ride and then get in line for the next adventure!

It will.... there was a lot of this sentiment last September-November while cars were held hostage at ports awaiting EPA/CARB certification. But when things started moving and cars started arriving, the excitement returned. Doesn't make it any easier, but I went through that and can only say that those memories faded fast.
My Targa4S arrived while I was on 3 weeks of vacation! I heard there was some port drama in San Diego so no one I knew was able to access the port to photograph it coming off the ship or parked. Apparently, someone had ran the security barrier and smashed into several cars and then even drove up on to one of the car carrier vessels that was there the day before and smashed more cars.
