Well, a TYD email came today when my new TTS reached Emden. Logging in yielded my VIN number.
I did receive an updated photo, which I was concerned I wasn’t going to obtain, from Porsche.
It appears to be my exact car from the picture per spec.
Boarding the boat in the next day or so……
Direct from the TYD email.
Note: For those that are waiting for the picture… I did not get mine until the car reached the port.
So jealous. I received my “production complete” email today even though my car is already on a boat. No pictures anywhere. Kinda soured me on the experience a little TBH.

Great color, I’ve also ordered Aventurine.
I have been very disappointed in the entire process. From the SA to the overall communication or lack there of, my story is one I wish upon no buyer. I’m sure it’s a conditionality of the times, but it was not what I expected.
Almost 3 weeks since production complete and still no photo for me.
Finally!!! It was looking bleak yesterday, when the boat was moving away from the dock instead of going in. lol
Now lets unload that cargo and move things along...
I received a photo of the car when I got the email that production was complete. Its the photo with the front trunk open and on the assembling line. Not even sure if that is really my car in the photo. lol but it was the right colour.
Where do you guys see the name of the ship that its on? How are you guys able to track the ship?
The name of the ship will show up under the “On Vessel’ milestone on TYD. The name of the ship shows up a few days before the milestone is achieved on TYD. Once the ship departs you can track it on sites like Fleetmon or MarineTraffic. If you want satellite coverage across the Atlantic, Fleetmon seems to be easiest and cheapest / around $15 for 14 days of tracking.
Thanks for this! Can I ask where you were able to find it? The one that downloads of pwl.de seems to be very outdated for me.
Actually had to write to PWL Group directly (in German.....). For some reason they are not updating the website. When they sent me the updated document (this morning) I asked if they would post and update the website more regularly. Instead, they replied that they would put me on a mailing list every couple of weeks. I don't get it. The schedule for their other carrier (Stena Glovis) is also way out of date. Up until about 6 months ago they kept these up to date quite regularly.
