Just got an update for my 992 (ordered in early Jan) which has been sitting in Houston since 5/20. I wonder what "NA-15 - port handling - quality action means"? Looks like end of Sept for US deliveries.
My Aventurine Green machine arrived in Houston today, according to the email I received.

I took a look at the EPA's list of 2020 certified vehicles today. The list was last updated August 1. There are no certifications in place for the 2020 Carrera's. This makes the promise of a 9/4 on sale date for my build that is sitting at the port very unlikely. The best I have ever seen is one month from certification to printing VECI labels and all the other paperwork that is required to be packaged with a vehicle.
At this point, I think the EPA's estimate of a late October as the earliest timing is looking more credible than what Porsche is telling my dealer to forward to me. I guess we will all know in a few weeks who has the more accurate story. The vehicles will either start shipping from the port storage sites or not. Good luck to all of us that are waiting.
BTW YoungTurk - excellent taste in your build...………………...it looks just like mine!
Congrats....really nice combo, looks like you splurged in some very good places.
Though I went with the S, count me among those that like the subdued/sleek std Carrera tailpipe outlets better than the std quads on the S. If those were on the S, I would have passed on the sport exhaust.
