Not sure why that argument comes up every time someone realizes that they can't track their car like their amazon delivery.... Do you realize how many billions of dollars Amazon spend building a logistics system that can do that - think multiples of Porsche's annual revenue?

But I see the RoRo vessel Mediterranean Highway is due to arrive Emden 2/27, and from Davisville's berthing schedule I can see it's then scheduled to arrive 3/12 with a load of VW/Audi vehicles from Germany, and I assume this would include Porsches.

So isn't there a real chance my car will be 2 weeks earlier than what TYD is currently estimating?
Cars often land up on boats earlier than expected especially when talking Davisville. You will know if it gets on as TYD will update to the new date and the new ship and if your TYD does not show it your SA will be able to see. Generally if you are in Emden 48 work hours prior to loading you stand a reasonable chance of getting on an earlier boat

When you buy a car for this much cash and you put out there something like TYD AND you belong to the VDub family you invest the money to deliver a tracking system, or don't pretend you can track anything with any certianty. As I said this is a pacifier so folks wouldn't call their dealer or PNA and ask how far along their car was. That's the reason it comes up all the time.

That's great news! Please share pics when you get your 992.

I'm super excited as well. 10 days from delivery per TYD.

I reached out to my SA today to iron out the final details and ensure a smooth transaction. I'm feeling pretty good about it.

Hey! Yes, I am on Siem Aristotle also. The ship is going to Jacksonville and then a truck ride up to my dealer. Although, now that I just checked TYD.... It pushed my port date to 3/8. but my delivery date still says 3/5. I hope that the docking date is wrong. What port is your car headed for? What's the projected port entry date?

Hello all,

My build (https://www.porsche.com/microsite/po...px?c=/PMLL8TG7) was locked last week, so I officially joined this waiting room.

The current delivery ETA in TYD is 05/07.

What's another 2+ months wait after years of reading and researching this forum since 992 was rumored and announced, .

I have a car on Siem Aristotle also and mine says the same. I wondered when we might see the delay. When Siem Aristotle left Emden the estimated arrival in Davisville was 2/25. Takes 4-5 days from Davisville to Jacksonville, so early March was the original estimate. Tracking Siem Aristotle it now says it gets to Davisville 3/1. Not surprising it says 3/8 to Jacksonville. Weird that delivery is before it gets to port, although not surprising I guess for TYD. I'm thinking the 3/8 date is likely correct and we've seen at least a 4-5 day slip in the schedule.

Ok, thanks. I guess that's close enough.. I was just getting excited about the 3/5 delivery date.. I jinxed myself. It's not too bad if my actual delivery is on or before 3/12.

Are those the only two stops or is it going further north?

I believe it's Davisville then Jacksonville, but that is only from the fact that the original schedule had Davisville on 2/25 and Jacksonville on 3/2. In previous Davisville/Jacksonville itineraries it looked like it took 5 days between ports, which matched. But, I have not seen a full itinerary for this timeframe to know for sure.

Where does Baltimore fit in in this schedule? MY expected arrival has been all over the place and I assume it will be after Davisville correct?
