The ship name appeared on Trackyourdream one day before my ship departed. I don't know of that helps your situation or not.
My car arrived in Emden yesterday, and all of the dates (starting production, completing production, arrival at Emden) have been running a week ahead of schedule. Does anyone know if that generally carries over to an earlier delivery? Or does the process often slow down in later stages? Thanks for any insight. I’m excited.

I can't say if this is universally/generally true, but my own experience is that my car was originally supposed (per TYD and the dealer system) to arrive at Emden on 3/5 and depart Emden on 3/26, with arrival at the dealer on 4/16. As it turns out, the car arrived at Emden on 3/2, and managed to catch the Goodwood which departed Emden on 3/6. The ETA to Baltimore is now 3/19 and to the dealer is on 3/26, according to TYD. My guess as to the answer to your question is that it really depends on when the next ship going to your port is leaving Emden (you can look at some of the shipping schedules posted earlier in this thread). Again, others will be better qualified to weigh in here, since I'm a new member and this is my first Porsche. I think I have read some posts where folks have had their cars sitting in the lot at Emden for weeks waiting for a ship.
I also have to say that even though the anticipation is getting unbearable at this point, I think I've been pretty lucky that the process has been pretty smooth...I placed my order in early Feb a day or two before the allocation hit its freeze point, car went into production on 2/19, and now I'm 2-3 weeks away from picking it up.

I can only speak for myself. My delivery date has moved several times after my order was placed about 6 months ago. I won't bore you with details of the first delay, but here are the changes during and after production:
Delivery date moved from 3/26 to 3/12 just before production started
Delivery date moved from 3/12 to 3/5 during production
Production finished on 1/20 and made it to Emden the very next day.
My car was loaded on the ship and departed on 2/11.
While in transport, the transit time was extended and my ship docked on 3/8. My delivery date moved while on the ship from 3/5 to 3/12.
As of today, my car has made it through processing in Jacksonville and is waiting for a truck to transport it to the dealer. My hope is that my car will make it to the dealer for delivery by 3/12, but I don't know how soon a truck will be available. I have to rely on TYD for my updates.
I made the deal with my dealer on March 3, 2021 for a Carrera 2, I got a commission number on March 6 and my lock date is like March,21 and a June delivery date. I am amazed how quickly the process is moving along.
Paid my deposit today for a manual C2S, with a tentative delivery date of July 23. Long wait, but I waited just as long to get my allocation in so I’ll just enjoy my Miata until then
Put my deposit down in November. Just got allocation today- V-200 confirmed. Lock date in May, production in June and hopefully delivery late July or early Aug. All fun and enjoying the ride. Targa 4s on the way! Enjoy the journey.
Build locked 48 hours ago. Now the wait begins. Spent a lot of time on the configurator over the 6 week period, at one time I had 10 saved builds, but only sent a changed build one time to the dealer. I went from Black/Bordeaux interior to Sport-Tex which of course forced me to remove premium package and add back a bunch of options I wanted a la carte at full rip Only real thing I vacillated on was exterior color. started with Chalk then GT Silver, then Green. I loved all of them and ended up with GT Silver. As soon as it locked I thought **** I should call and see if I can get Chalk. LOL
Got an allocation for a C4S this past weekend (after 4 months of waiting) and input the order Monday. The vehicle popped up on my Porsche profile today and is estimated to be in my arms mid July! This is my first 911 and I am super pumped.
Boom, baby! After months of calling around, asking for allocations, we're officially in business! The build is supposed to lock on 3/19 so I'll probably end up changing my build twice between now and then heh.
As of now:
PMBYR5U7 Gentian Blue, silver roll bar, black leather interior w chalk stitching and sport-tex, power folding mirrors, designation changed to “911”, 7spd manual transmission w chrono, front axle lift, 20”/21” RS Spyder wheels, sports seats +, Porsche crest on headrests, interior trim in brushed aluminum, and Bose.
