It seems TYD has been really hit and miss
For me it is working really well even to the point of being able to confirm every change my SA did.
Cutting to the chase - it should be accessible from the very moment a customer code is assigned to you which happens as soon as you build and HAVE AN ALLOCATION - NOT THE PROMISE OF AN ALLOCATION

I got mine as soon as I left the dealer. Actually the invite went straight to spam but it was already on "My Porsche" portal - I owned a Boxster and so I already had a My Porsche login.
It seems TYD has been really hit and miss
For me it is working really well even to the point of being able to confirm every change my SA did.
Cutting to the chase - it should be accessible from the very moment a customer code is assigned to you which happens as soon as you build and HAVE AN ALLOCATION - NOT THE PROMISE OF AN ALLOCATION

I've been told by my sales and Porsche that I should get link a week or so before estimated production starts...so somewhere around V250-V260 stages when supposedly the VIN is assigned.

What do you mean by customer code? Commission number? I've had that since I put deposit down on my real allocation...

I have seen that V250 being mentioned before and I hope that it does in fact occur that way for you.
The software was designed though to be active from order stage V200 and one of the nice features was to be able to double check my SA as changes were made to the build.
I also wonder if it all came to be because I already had an active My Porsche account with my Boxster
Also make sure to check your spam and trash folders as both Porschew emails landed up in spam
Remember always that you can always call your SA and get him to give you a screenshot of each phase - yup no picture but probably more accurate that TYD

Cabriolet 992 ordered and locked. Estimated delivery very late Dec if not very early Jan. Let the waiting begin.

According to the Macan Forum a whole lot of macan owners got told late last week that the Macan is now cleared and will be released this week. Hopefully 992 is next although with the number of Macans on order it might take a while to clear them all.

Mine is currently waiting for a ship at Emdem. Hopefully it makes it onto the Goodwood. If it does then it will be in Jacksonville on November 14th. If not, it will sit for another two weeks for the next ship.
