What if the body shop uses a paint gauge?!? Then it'd be like really super accurate.
They’re all the same. I personally own two professional ones at over $2k. The less expensive ones are not any different. It is something good to always have on hand, especially if one is a frequent automobile purchaser and most certainly of the preowned variety.

I'll be in trading my base 992 (same color) - any sense of depreciation on a 2023 with 7,000 miles? I had purchased the 20k service as part of the deal, so hopefully that helps minimize depreciation. Sticker was about $120k for the base 992 (premium package, sport steering wheel, 26 gal tank).
I'm going from a C2 to a C2S. My 2023 C2 had a $138k sticker and 5k miles and I got $130k on trade a month ago. So I would figure you will likely get somewhere around $110k for yours.
Strange thing happened when I woke up this morning. Given the chart of vessel departures posted earlier this month I assumed that my car would be on the Sunshine Ace leaving Emden 11/2. My car arrived at Emden on 10/23. However, I received notice this morning that my car left the German port. It appears to be on the Lake Wanaka (Vessel #9432892) which is headed to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Seems strange for a delivery to an eastern PA dealer. But in looking at the map on TYD it appears that Halifax is on the way to Baltimore. So perhaps it is stopping in Halifax first then proceeding to Baltimore. The Laka Wanaka is not identified on the schedule posted earlier. Good news is that according to TYD the car will be at the dealer 1 week earlier on 11/17.
Anyone else recently receive notice that they are on the Lake Wanaka?
My car has been at the port in Jacksonville since 10/19 - quality action. 992 T4GTS
Did anyone here get their car?
Thanks
A handful of us were on Siem Aristotle which hit Baltimore on 10/16. I think only one person from the group has taken delivery so far. Seems that port delays are more the rule than the exception now. TYD is showing delivery of 11/2 for me (updated from the initial 10/19 estimate).

Anyone else get their freeze date and delivery date moved out a month. I went from a 11/14 to 12/6 freeze date and 1/26 to 3/2 delivery date. I'm guessing supply chain issues.

And this is actually incorrect, as the ship got to JAX port on 10/19
My freeze date Changed a couple of times ( 10/2 - 11/2 - 10/9) and finally locked in on 10/9, production start date of 11/2 with a delivery date of 12/10. I heard from my SA there was a shortage of electronic components, not sure what, though.

no movement. Tyd date disappeared doesn’t say anything other than next milestone is soon to come.
