What does the dealer say? I95 in CT is open now for the last few days, I think that closure had some effect on northeast deliveries, but the backlog should be clearing now.

Two questions:
1. Do all the production pics post at the same time? I received a single pic of my shell painted, but none of the other shots I have seen others post. My car completed production on 5/3 according to TYD.
2. Do I need to ask my SA which vessel it is on? Or is there another way to find out. TYD currently says it’s at the port as of 5/7, so curious if I should reach out or if I should just sit tight.
Thanks.

2) There’s a method to check what boat your car boarded by looking at the meta data in Chrome. However, your SA should be able to tell you what boat your car boarded as soon as the vessel leaves port. You can also track boats arriving and departing Emden and determine yourself your boat when you get the TYD email telling you that your car left port. Nevertheless, neither you (nor anyone else) will know the boat until your car has boarded and departed from the port.
As an example, I tracked Supreme Ace as it arrived, docked and departed Emden. I got the TYD email right after that vessel departed. Therefore, I knew my car got onto that vessel. My SA told me about it a few hours later.

You’re at the 18 day mark now, which is how long my car sat there for.
Since it’s the weekend, may be they will transport your car on Monday? Let’s see.

@PanHopeful To add to Spiffx’s answer regarding ship name, you can use the TYD hack below to find the ship name if you don’t want to contact your sales rep or they can’t spare the time. Note: this hack only works once you’ve completed Milestone 8 (left German port) on TYD. Once you received the email notification that your car departed Emden, check TYD web site to see if you’ve completed Milestone 8.
Until you car has actually left Emden, it’s a best educated guess of which ship you’ll be on based on Emden departure dates depending on whether you’re east coast ( PWL VW Konzernlogistik https://www.pwl.de/en/eportal/schedules--vgm ) or west coast ( PWL Hyundai Glovis https://www.pwl.de/en/eportal/schedules--vgm or NYK RoRo ships https://www.nykroro.com/customer/schedules/ ). There doesn’t seem to be a method to the madness of how Porsche assigns cars to ships. Hope this helps!
- Navigate to your TYD web page
- Right click on the page and select “Inspect”.
- Click on the “Network” tab, then refresh your TYD page.
- You’ll see responses, one of those should be from https://api.porsche.com/track-your-d...rders/USXXXXXX
- Click on that, then view the full JSON response. Under “currentLocation” you should see a field that says “ident":"IMO_XXXXX” where XXXX is the vessel ID that corresponds to your ship.
- Copy the ID and then go to Vessel Finder website and search for the vessel using the ID.

1) For my last 911, I received four pictures over the course of two days as the car went through production. For the 911 I ordered now, I received only two pictures after the end of production (others have experienced similar - YMMV).

Why do you say it doesn't work? It says my car is at Emden, which it is.

I will be picking up my '24 Turbo S on Thursday and wondered if this group has any suggestions on what I should expect from the dealer OR questions or guidance to ensure I am fully apprised of my new rocket?
