I just received this email, but the website hasn’t updated…
My TYD is still showing on step 3. It’s supposed to move to step 4 today (“The manufacturing process of your Porsche has now started 4/23/24”).
Is that normal? How long does it take to update on the website?
It is normal from what I have seen. My Email / app / website have very often been out of alignment. Email seems to be first, then website, then app as far as updates go for me.
I just spoke with my SA - there are no holds on my car so the chip has been replaced.
Scheduled to offload in Jacksonville tomorrow then on to dealer for ppf, ceramic and tint ‼️

In my case, TYD showed 0 days until arrival at Porsche Center. This morning, it has changed to 4 days. Hopefully the car will be at the dealer on Saturday, but they will need a few working days to prep it. Then I need to arrange for transport to my PPF installer, who will also need a few days. I was really hoping to drive it this month, but now I think that will be delayed to the 1st week of May.

My app and My Porsche on my computer are completely out of sync by a day or two. Actually, my app sometimes doesn't even have my car--so this seems totally normal.
Any movement on your end? My TYD shows leaving Freeport on Friday, which would be a week there...
Nothing yet. So far, TYD still says it's supposed to leave Freeport today (4/23) and arrive at the dealership on Thursday 4/25. I don't believe those dates, so just waiting to either hear from my SA or get a notification from TYD.
Oddly, my car no longer shows up at all on the MyPorsche iOS app. But I can still track my car on my.porsche.com....so who knows what's going on

Mine has been sitting at the port since 4/15 and dealer delivery keeps getting pushed back...now the 29th.
Which port? My car has been sitting since 4/16. Cleared for transport since the 17th in San Diego. TYD shows yesterday the 22nd as the next milestone date.

interesting. My app just did the same thing, and removed my 992 (but still show my taycan). But I do see the 992 still on my.Porsche.com. Hopefully that means something is changing.

same. My SA said my car is coming on the truck tomorrow
Just off the truck. Needs to be detailed. Dealer only clear-masking front, door edges and door handles. Need to decide on window tint or not? Will change side markers with clear ones. Curious to see if I fit in the 4-way seats... and to drive the T as I've only driven a base and S models.
