Sounds great in theory. We are at two different levels of excitement/obsession if you're able to do that. Most of us are refreshing daily, despite the inaccuracies

Whoa, that's really interesting news, thanks.
I guess most of the PPF'd cars or color swapped cars I've seen thus far didn't have any decals... and the advice can also be considered the other way around: if you want decals in the near future, definitely option them (you can always take them off later).

Porsche should offer a "stone guard delete" option for these side decaled 911s

Good point. I think my PPF guy can remove and reapply decals so I’ll ask him. At the very least he can peel back the P and E bits enough to remove the stone guard - I think. Hopefully the decals will appear on the Parts list before I get my car anyway. In a worst case scenario I can live without the decals.

One thing to also note, front fender 'blades' are PPF'd from Factory, but somewhat rubbish, i am double protecting this area due to the nature of paint being exposed, very tricky area to PPF
We have nearly colour matched the OEM Heritage decals, so ill Strip off all OEM PPF inc stone guards, PPF full coverage, double up PPF in exposed areas
Ill nearly be ready in a week or so to show you guys the finished car, super stoked and cant wait to drive

TYD has not updated for me since 2/23. I received the build pics and email saying my car was completed on March 4, but TYD still lists completion date of 5/27. ED in Leipzig scheduled for 6/12 and PPF was to be done prior to delivery by a local shop, but if the completion date is accurate then there are logistical problems unfortunately. Hoping the car is sitting in Leipzig waiting for a simple chip!
