That kind of knobby sole tread is not appropriate for driving. You want a smooth bottom for pedal work...

The 73RS tribute ones are cool and appropriate. The ST ones are awful. They look like grandpa shoes.

the current sneakers are replacements for the originals in ‘73 whose owners are now ready for orthopedics

May I ask that you please share your comparisons of the 2 cars? Which one younprefer and why?

Thanks

Complementing 992 GT3T is lovely 991.2 Carrera T, lucky got it with LWBS, RWS, Manual, PCCB; added a softronic tune taking it to ~480hp with minimal lag (small turbos)... has a top heavy sunroof instead of slicktop unfortunately but makes it fun and more airy less serious. Here with my favorite wheels (wide body wrong offset but makes it look mean) on all weather Bridgsetone RE090AS solves rough ride on bumpy roads. pulls like a freight train from low rpm

It has perfect size, power, comfort and handling, love it so much had it fully wrapped --> its' a keeper

Would imagine S/T will be fastest of the bunch with RS engine, less drag, and weight advantage...

The video highlights exactly what I have said the whole time, the 4RS is a great novelty street car.

Also based on the way the 3RS is pulling from the pack its more than 530hp. It weighs more than the standard GT3 and produces basically 1500lbs more Downforce....

The math ain't mathin.

Except it has a manual gearbox, which will negate some of these advantages, at least at lower speeds. But neither of these cars is built for straight-line domination. There is always Turbo S for that.

I think from a roll, S/T will be very fast in the company in that video. But it has Vmax electronically limited to 186mph, so it won’t win a long drag race. Manual will lose it a few tenths at launch, but after that no issue.
