Manheim pricing:
2022 GT3 - current MMR $229k (last year average was $224k)
'23 not enough sales volume yet, but here are the prices so far:
9/6/23 $251,000
6/13/23 $249,999
6/5/23 $254,065
2/16/23 $268,000
2/15/23 $268,000
I do not see the demand/market for GT3 "falling off a cliff". In fact, the wholesale value has actually climbed from 12 months ago.
Not that wholesale pricing is everything on a car like this, but the lowest priced 992 GT3 listed right now (excluding accidents, clean titles/carfax only) is a 2022 with 16k miles for $237,000. 6,000 mile examples are averaging well over the $265k mark...wholesale.

992 GT3 bat sales data
Q4 2022 BAT: 8 sales at 285.1k average (251 low/312 high)
touring: 4 sales at 299.5k avg.
winged: 4 sales at 270.75k avg.
Q4 2023 BAT: 15 sales at 251.6k average (212 low/292 high) -33.5k yoy
touring: 8 sales at 263.1k avg. -36.4 yoy
winged: 7 sales at 238.4k avg. -32.3 yoy
That data is fairly consistent however you look at it fore market dropping considerably, matches with how much I have seen prices drop on autotrader.....so GT3's lost almost 3k a month last 12 months using the most transparent data of actual sales....that depreciation is OUCH
at this rate the people who paid 300k 12-18 months ago will sell for 200 after 3 years of ownership. yikes for the crowd that cared about resale. I myself buy cars expecting half value after 3 years.
Are 992 GT3's investments still ***** and pts, value clowns

And he continues to assume everyone paid $100k over and did so under the belief their purchase was an "investment". Perhaps if he actually knew someone IRL with a GT3 he'd realize those people are few and far between. But hey he's committed to his talking points. Year after year after year.

Guys, get some perspective and chill out. Few things could be less important than the price trends of Porsche GT cars. If that's one of your real concerns, you don't realize how lucky you are.

Yeah, who cares what the values of the cars are....drive them, look at them, enjoy them.

I will say that this thread sees an uptick in activity and excitement when @welikethetrack makes his aimless posts. Can't knock him there.

Is it just me or does it seem like way less people are interested and/or buying the gt3rs this time around? 991.1 and 991.2 seemed to have unlimited demand and I don't really even know 1 person (personally) buying this one and I myself got the last one. I don't know if it's just the crazy ADM's pricing everyone out or the no frunk or people wanting regular GT3 more or what...
I paid an ADM of 25k on the last gt3rs, so I am victim (sucker) of ADM as well LOL my GT4 I paid 7500 too, at least I custom ordered both. So I am just a poor peasant that has to get the cars the old fashioned way, on the streets. Don't have the luxury connect like PTS and USCtrojan
