You can use a 911 as a daily. I have. But my cayenne turbo/s is fun too and a better choice for some things. YMMV.

- Most people are buying them to drive them, not because they think they're collectibles

- None of the cars from Porsche and Ferrari are 'junk'

- The high prices and games are because we buyers are creating the demand and competing with each other to get the cars

- Dealers have a right to do whatever they want to make money, within legal bounds

I like my Touring more than my Navigator

 

Link doesn't work - wouldn't be surprised if it sold because that looks like a good price for a touring.

 

Local dealer sold a new 2023 GT3 with $215k sticker for $253k. The price included 5 year maintenance, platinum package warranty, PPF, ceramic coating, ceramic tint, and a Porsche timepiece.

 

@mnawa I take it for that price, it was already built and on the lot or at least in transit? While still a bit rich for me, with the extra service and warranty, I could have been tempted depending on the spec. Looks like things are getting better!

Curious if the buyers had prior relationships with the dealer or maybe just wait-listers who got a call? 40k ADM seems fairly reasonable for a new car, depending on the build. But $215 sticker for 2023 is a more sparse spec. Seems like 40 is a pretty standard watermark for winged ADM, new or used…
