My local dealer had a Guards Red, winged, MT w/ sofas and 4500 miles for sale @ $270k - $280k. Sold in less than a week. Just an anecdote.

For ***** and giggles.
This 2022 GT3 Touring PDK with 2k ODO and 195k MSRP is currently at 245K with about a day more to go.

Good to know that my properly spec'ed PTS Touring might sell for $100k over today but I'm sure that'll be more like $90k as I'm heading to the track to Chuckwalla with it on Friday.

You know there are several Porsche dealerships that have a policy of not selling above MSRP right- period? And there are others that waive ADM for long term or high-volume clients. Further, there is a 3rd type that will reduce ADM with a desirable trade and further reduce ADM with Euro Delivery to the point that both factors may result in zero ADM.
There is a broad reality outside your own narrow experience.

There's a very big caveat to MSRP dealers. Who gets to buy the GT cars at MSRP? Not the guy who just shows up randomly. It's either 1) a long time customer 2) a customer who will get bent over on his trade 3) a guy who hired a PI and set the GM up with a hooker to blackmail him
Do MSRP dealers exists that kind of go through a list, yes, but they a VERY few and far between

But if the car has less than 100 miles on it and looks pretty? Then it's easily worth a million dollars, a bargain at $300k.

I thought you knew. GT3 loses a lot of value with 1k miles on it, is considered abused if it has 10k miles on it, and ready for the junkyard if it's been tracked at all. These cars clearly aren't built to last. Porsche needs to get better at the engineering thing.
