I really like how the car looks on the configurator with the black exterior, espresso cognac interior and glass sunroof.
IMHO I think both colors (black or night blue metallic) work very well with the C/E lull leather int. My order is NBM with C/E leather-black wheels & black Targa top.

My car left the Port of Emden 6/16/16. Anyone know what ship I may be on? Anyone on the same one? Almost 2.5 weeks ahead of schedule now!

Hmm, I just heard mine is on California Hwy and is due in TX in mid-July.

And ... wooo hoo! I was getting worried as had been 4 weeks since drop-off in Zuffenhausen and my last ED was held up for 10 weeks total due to customs.

Very nice garage

Congrats on your MIA Blue CS. I for one like it but it sure bifurcates opinion - as does my CS's Lava. When I was in Zuffenhausen to get mine a mate got a GT3 RS in it.

Add me to the waiting list. Just put in a deposit for a C2S cab. My first Porsche after 15 years with BMW. Two weeks until my lock date, but I changed my build a million times prior to deposit, so hopefully I've got that out of my system now.

I just got my allocation as well - Carrera 2 S that locks in about three weeks and would arrive in October-November. I'm planning on Guards Red with the sport package and a handful of other options - looking forward to it!

Any tips or important details on wheels for winter? My SA suggested I keep an eye on eBay. I was figuring any 991 wheel would work but I'll obviously have to verify that before getting too serious.

Know the feeling -- mine locks next week -- I've made fewer changes than you, but the process is good because you have enough time to get it as right as you can, and my salesperson is great about making the changes and sends me a new build sheet each time. I'm totally comfortable with mine.

Out of curiosity, when are you scheduled for delivery? My vehicle is locking in the next couple of days but delivery is still for early November according to my SA. Production is supposed to start July 27 but I don't know if it will finish before the country takes the month of August off which would push back delivery.

I put in a deposit in May and was told my car would be a July build and likely arrive in September. My SA told me that the August holiday in Europe could delay things, however. He said P doesn't completely shut down in August, just gears way back. I don't have an exact start date for the build, but I believe he told me once they start it would take about 10 days to complete. When I met with him last week I actually asked for delivery sometime in the last week of September or first week of October to better accommodate my work schedule. I was concerned it might come too quickly based on what I have been reading from others in this thread.

European Delivery? Sounds nice. My deposit was in April so a November delivery takes a bit of patience.

Mine is scheduled for completion July 29th. Here's hoping the workers don't have their vacation plans on their minds as they're tightening the last few bolts.

Delivery for me is scheduled for end of September.
