Been looking at a CPO 2016 car with low mileage (around 4k). On carfax it has 2 records of "Electrical system checked" and 1 instance of "cooling system serviced" that happened within the first year of its previous ownership. When i went to look at the car it was being repaired for some coolant related issue... The dealer forwarded me the detailed repair information, seems like the coolant tank was replaced. Do you guys think its gonna give me headaches down the road and i should be worried??
There was coolant reservoir recall on late model year cars and early .2s. I have no clue about electric system checked. It could be relate with coolant reservoir. Sensor in reservoir trigger sudden overheat warning and dealer didn't know about reservoir fault until recall. I hope you find car you like.

I contacted Martin @ Rancho Mirage Porsche about the '14 C2 S. Said they paid high for the car then had to put 4 tires on it plus CPO. Not willing to move much if at all. Even tho it is well equipped with low mileage, it is still a 4 model yr old car. Much too rich for me.
Then I reply, "I paid to much for my current car. I had to do a major service and put four new tires on it. Are you going to make that up on the trade in value?"
Thoughts? A bit high for a C2 with no SC, but very low mileage, SPASM, PTV and sunroof delete. Wondering if there's a story behind that mileage, however. Giving it strong consideration..
I do dig the minimalist build, but there are plenty of $125K sticker C2S's with under 20K miles for the same price that I think offer quite a bit more value...
Many of these cars (but certainly not all) are so incredibly pampered that 10-30K mile cars, or even higher mileage, are virtually in showroom condition. Some even better than showroom with a ridiculously expensive detail/nano-wax/wrap job on them. Those are the cars I like to buy...

ugh! That’s what I thought and it is intact what it was in the shop for. However dealer got back to me on previous problems, one involved a PCM replacement and the other was check engine light that had to do with a vacuum seal... sounds like trouble but what do you guys think? Should I bother using theses to negotiate or run from this car? Lol
Ray Catena Porsche still has this Black CPO 2013 C2S with $169.4k MSRP - everything but the kitchen sink on it and 17k miles. CPO. Asking price is down to $89.7k, they probably would like to move this one out the door...
BTDT LOL...mine (a near twin to this one, sold by the same original dealer) had a $172k MSRP....
This one has been posted many times before. CARFAX showed repeated brake pad changes for the PCCBs, suggesting to some that it might have had heavy track use (and concern about the condition of the expensive to replace rotors). Dealer said it may have been because of squeaky brakes.

If anyone is interested. Please feel free to reach out to me. And yes, brakes were replaced to be squeaky.
