The 4S at Gaudin has a lot of deviated stitching but it isn’t on the build sheet. How does that happen?

Edit, it shows the stitching on Gaudin’s site.

Another great find, STG! Someone get this! I definitely would have considered getting back into a guards red car for this spec if I hadn’t just gotten mine.

We need a HFS CAR of the YEAR 2017.

Someone here buys this, it takes the prize. This car would be in very good company and a nice way to round out the year.

Probably a stupid question, but how are you all checking service histories, etc. for the "too good to be true" deals? Is there a preferred website for that?

Myself, I just look at CarFax reports.

You can also take the VIN and have a local Porsche dealer run it. I don't think it will give all service history but it can enlighten you on the warranty history.

As far as service history, it is only available at the dealer the work was performed at. Does not go in a database that is shared among dealers. That does not exist.

Not so much an issue for 991's yet, but most of the Porsche dealers also seem to purge their service records every five years or so as well.

What do you guys think of this 2012.5 C2S? Carfax is clean. Body/paint looked clean in person.

Thoughts? 1) No info posted other than a link... 2) PDK but no sportchrono, dealbreaker for me.
