^^^ Good question but I think all depends. Where was the impact? How many panels? Airbags deploy? What shop did the repair? IIRC a car can qualify for CPO so long as a maximum of 2 panels were impacted, I think.

Dealer service fee doesn't bother me much if the final cost is close to what I'm looking for. I assume I need a PPI even with a fairly new car with cpo? I won't be flying out to look at the car personally.

Hi, It's me again.

This showed yesterday and I just got off the phone with the dealer it will be ready this weekend.

VIN: WP0AB2A93DS120232
https://livermore.porschedealer.com/...etallic+867314

I'm hopping to go see this on the weekend. Would appreciate as much advice as possible so I can be better armed when I'm there.

Thanks

I'm in Ca, and the car is in Fla. SA is Michael Ludes who's a member here, I think. I really don't have the time to fly out to check out the car. Anyone have any experience with this outfit? Any rec for PPI?

Thanks all
i really like this car and have been watching it for sometime now. They have had this car for a long while and had a listing here recently saying they just acquired it. The price keeps changing, as it was $115, then they changed the price to $120k. I really thought I wanted to go look at it and then noticed grease on the door panel. Really, for this money it should be pristine. It makes me wonder if there is a story behind the car since it hasn't sold and it looks like it's been worked on. Just my opinion.

Thanks for the info. Where did you see the grease on the panel? I don't see it in the ad photos.

Looks like a nice one.

But a dealer service fee of $747 is a bit much after pricing it to make a large profit. These things are turn offs to me.
I bought a car from Mike 2 months ago. Bought over the phone without seeing it. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions and send me the pictures I requested. He also helped me to arrange the car shipment when 2 companies that I dealt with informed me that it will take 3 weeks to get the car delivered. Car was delivered as described in 4 days.

That GTS Cabriolet has really nice options and a $149,450 MSRP.

If anyone sees a Yellow/Black GTS sunroof coupe with options like this, let me know. I'm thinking about an Orange one with Aerocup kit, but it doesn't have the ventilated seats I want. Would anybody else but me be crazy enough to buy one with Alcantera seats to later retrofit with ventilated leather seats?

I think those are shadows/lighting issue. I'll have him take some extra pics for me.

Whatever floats your boat. There's a local car which is similar to the above car, but with alcantera seats. I will likely pass on it as I'm not sure how it will do in a convertible.

The yellow off-lease C4S w/Aerokit that I posted about at Hendrick - Charlotte is now on their website but I doubt it qualifies as a "hot pick" at a $100K ask on a $130K build.

Found the following GTS Club Coupe for an unbelievable price!!!

This just might be the perfect car for me!! I am currently looking for a project car, and this being MT with only ~4500 miles is perfect!!! I am thinking of offering $11,000.

Oh, forgot to mention it needs a bit of work....! Well, looks like the important bits are all there. Perfect project car for me!
At first glance, mostly just front-end damage, and the tough job of getting parts off already taken care-of....

Rest of car looks ok, and yard tells me she starts / runs without any drama. Hmmm. I think I might be able to do this.... For $11k, plus maybe what, $30k in parts guessing?

LOL can't wait to see all the responses to this one.
