Great to hear!
I LOVE Sunset Porsche Parts Dept. best prices nationwide.
Quite surprising this car has PDCC. Nice touch! No sunroof might hurt it moving too for most "average" buyers. Love the CPO and LOW mileage.

I love this thread.
I'm very close to buying a 2012 non-CPO 991 S and I am looking for opinions on what I should be paying for the car. It's a private sale so no sales tax. The car had a PPI at a Porsche dealer yesterday. They gave it a clean bill of health and they will sell me a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty for $3400.
991 911 S
Carrera white
Beige interior
PDK
Sport chrono
PASM
PSE
Heated / ventilated 18 way seats
Upgraded BOSE stereo
Sports steering wheel
Power steering plus
10,000 miles
Any input is appreciated.

What is MSRP? Around $117K? Is this one located in NC?
From the info I have so far, I'd say low $70's. The warranty you mentioned, make sure to ask who is the underwriter. Probably not a Porsche CPO warranty. Some of the other warranty companies are pretty good I hear as well.

Yes, its in NC and original MSRP was 117K.
The warranty is underwritten by CNA. The dealership told me "its almost as good as CPO".

As far as the warranty, I'll let others chime in. I think the Fidelity ones have been mentioned as good ones? I forget.
You can get that anytime, I'd just concentrate on the deal for now.
BTW. Seats are 14way

Welcome!
Ummmmm ... You might be able to get a few grand off, but I'm guessing not much. Offer $85K to start.
What happened to the OEM Techno wheels??

Thanks STS for the response, I offered $85k and $86.5 and got turned down both times. They are pretty firm at $89.5. The Techno wheels has winters on it and will be included in the deal.

Looks like $89K may be the best you can do. If it sits months, you'd see a little more motivation. It won't last long. Not worth losing a nice car for a couple grand IMO. This is a nice custom build and not your average 991 4S dealer lot builds.
Seen it in person??

I agree, I also like the clean one owner carfax. I made an appointment to go see it tomorrow. They are a few hundreds miles from me so hopefully I can close it out and drive it back. Thanks again for the advice.

STG, how do you look up the sheet with the original MSRP and options list?
Admittedly I'm new to the site, and doing research to potentially make a purchase soon with a particular car in mind.
