Yes, absolutely right. The ones I had saved in my autotrader that I was thinking about were 991.1 GTS cabs, those were low to mid $100k. It Does seem to be a good price for a 991.2 GTS cab with extensive options. Now if only I could get lucky with the lotto!

Default Market is red hot

I would sell it myself unless a huge tax advantage in your state for trade

But in recent discussion says the Stop Sale puts anything on hold for him. It was a car I found and bought through this thread 5 years ago. STG himself actually called me when this one came up and told me I needed to buy it. It’s been great but approaching time for me to do something else for a while. Should I consider private sale now or wait until Stop Sale resolves?

I agree with the above comments. This one is priced about average for a GTS. I've been watching the data on the GTS coupe market for a little over a year now and I would say GTS prices have jumped $6-8k since COVID hit. Before March 2020, a low mileage 15 or 16 MY GTS with a CPO warranty was going for low to mid $90k. Now those are going for high $90k to low $100k. I think people think of the air cooled Porsche's and are trying to repeat buying behaviors for the last NA Carreras, plus with limited stock due to COVID, plus with recent announcements that everything is going electric, I am hard pressed to see 911 pricing reversing back. Prices may normalize a tad bit and we may see a few grand knocked off but not much more than that.

Working from home and not being able to travel for work gave me a lot of extra time on my hand so I started tracking all GTS' for sale in the US since April 20. I have attached the spreadsheet and all these are 991.1 Coupes with PDK from both non P Car dealers and P Car dealers. You can clearly see the trend upward since.

Default Thinking of selling a ‘19 GTS....thoughts?

I’m contemplating selling my chalk ‘19 C2 GTS and can use some inputs. It has following mods: COBB stage 2 tune + PDK tune, SOUL 200 cell cats, Kline headers, AWE wind deflectors, Akra carbon fiber rear diffuser, clear side markers, window tint, and SUNTEK PPF (front, hood, side skirts, and rear fenders).
My question is, do majority of buyers prefer the car to be in stock form( ie. OE cats, headers, no tune)?

The potential buyers market is larger if the car is stock but you might find someone who wants the mods and will maybe pay a little extra for them. Tough call.

That would have been my guess. I don’t mind putting everything back to stock and selling the parts for some extra $. Thanks for replying.

@3uros - great spreadsheet - you wouldn't have the information on which ones were manual and which ones PDK to add to it would you?

That is correct. I only logged PDK cars as I am personally more interested in a PDK car.

Somebody buy this beautiful car so that I'm no longer tempted
I just took delivery of this car.
It's absolutely beautiful in person. Not an S/GTS, but to me quite a nice car and a very exciting one as my first P car.
Is there any interest in me writing up what went into buying the car from a private party from across the country without seeing it?
Thanks for the tip, this thread is fantastic.
