Sounds like a great car, should sell fast.

I would price it at around 100kUSD+-5kUSD given the 10k miles, 2nd owner, and that it's 4 years old. I would probably overprice it (105k) and wait for what happens (if you can wait a little). Also, put up nice photos like the ones at BaT or Cars and Bids are. I think you can get more for the same car if the pics are great.

In September of last year I bought a 2018 991.2 S, one owner, 14k miles,18 months of warranty for 88k. Build sheet was 125k. From what I’ve been seeing the car has not depreciated and may be worth 5-10% more?

This HAS to be an error on CARMAX's part. A base 991.1 Manual should be priced at least $10K more if its on carmax. This wont last long. I noticed all auto Appraisal sights had a hard time accurately appraising 2012.5 991.1 cars even when i was looking for a 991.1 18 months ago. Looks like that error has still not been fixed.

2012 991.1 Base w Manual

I have this car on "hold" but have changed my mind(not the spec I want). Anyone want it that's local? Carmax warranty on it is pretty cheap too(only $2300ish from what it shows me).

I like the spec, but I'm not local. What's the price of the car? I mean out of the door price.
