Answering my own questions it appears that it was sold as a CPO in January 2019 so warranty to January 2021. Service records show annual services done but by time it was due for 4 year/40K service and no indication it was done and that is the expensive one of around $1500. I still think it is a great car as equipped and extremely desirable.

No mention of it in their ad or by the salesman, the other had significant over revs (into range 6). To his credit, the salesman tracked down the DME report for me, but went silent when I mentioned the over revs.

Yes, agree. If I was to buy used in Seattle I would probably look to EBA (at least they have better prices).

And when I took my car there for an estimate of consignment result, they are quoting me numbers that's only on par/worse than trade in value. Btw a nice Laf has been sitting there for more than a year or so.
