HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991
Three Wheelin'
Only option I'm not sure is the CL wheel. And maybe a glass roof. The original owner aimed for a lightweight perf oriented 4 gts build which I do appreciate.

Wow ... nice
They did the extended leather but only 4 way seats? The 4 ways are fine, just surprised. Low miles and huge savings with a CPO too.

I think 1st owner wanted to keep weight down hence 4way seat and no roof. I have 18way on my car and if 4way is good enough you can save ~40 lb per pair as I read somewhere. Budget was not a concern I can tell.

Definitely priced to sell.

For me, the build makes no sense for the original buyer (991.2 Turbo money but missing ~100hp), but seems like a great deal on resale at $110K ask with less than 6K miles. I guess if the original owner just had to have a manual it might have made sense as no manual Turbos...

my guess is that the original owner spec'd it more for the 4WD (verses the manual) as his reason,... cuz at this price-point -to- power ratio, I got into my 997.2 GT3 (w/ 10k miles, pccb & a $141k MSRP) for the same price, Granted some guys just have to have a newer 991,... but if the orig owner was performance oriented and wanted a light weight, mine is close to 400 lbs lighter, and a LOT more responsive (I've driven this exact 2017 bi-turbo C4GTS in Germany for 2 weeks,.. which is why I came back to the US & bought a 997.2 GT3). Plus I'm thinking the depreciation will hit this car a lot more than mine over the next 10 yrs (even with comparable mileage added).
... having said all that, mine is NOT a daily-driver,... and if that is ALSO one of the main reasons for Yc911Kid buying this car,.. well then that trumps everything. But from a original owner perspective, he did only put 5.8K miles on the thing,... so I'm thinking this was NOT a daily driver for him,... so with a good chunk of the depreciation already in the books,... it does make this an attractive buy.
just my .02

It's my 3rd p-car and for my first two after I got it a while I always thought about getting something different, and I'm kind of tired of this circle, so now I'm doing it in priorities and will add the right car with right options serving it's purpose instead of switching.
Choosing 991.2gts as a starter because after trying out basically all 981/991 gen non GT cars, 991.2GTS to me is the best balance point of everyday usability/fun/performance and at least 4yr no worries about warranty. Have a 3yr old and probably will add another one in near future and I do enjoy taking family out with p-car so 4 seater is a huge plus to me. Right now I got a 718 BGTS which is a near perfect fun toy but that's about it. I can't do family trip with it. So I'm focused on non GT 911s: Turbo/TTS is too much speed and a bit heavy for my taste. 997 is a bit dated in the interior and less comfortable for dd/highway cruising, but I do like how small it is compared to 991. My 1st p-car is a 991.1 c2s which is a HFS alumni traced back all the way to page 1! I decided to sell it mostly due to partial leather int, and I'm not a die-hard NA fan so between .1 & .2 my vote goes to .2 for better chassis/steering/wide power band/ras. I'm not excited about 992's look/interior so it's not a car I'd dump 150k to spec like the .2gts I'm getting.
It's gonna be my semi-daily(as I don't need to commute but I run errands with it) & weekend fun ride & several shorter trips & a long one per year starting from picking her up(just drew a 3500 mile detoured route with focus on CO/WY/MT on google map from TN to WA)
And when time comes next I'll get a mid-engine convertible as the most enjoyable fun run car. I thought hard about building another 718BGTS to my like but really now is not the time. No more 2019 allocation to begin with, and both 718 spyder/C8 will hit dealer lot next year so I think I'll hold for a while. I do hope c8 can bring real pressure to porsche so they'll give us better car in 718 platform or at least better pricing, let's see what'll happen in the next 2-3yrs, gonna be fun.
GT3 / RS is always my hero car. But I figured I'll only add one as my 3rd porsche when budget/garage space allows and I'm more involved in track events. Sure for not much more money I could get one now but it's really hard to justify it to be my first/only p-car given my usage. One day maybe one day I'll cross it off the list. So for now I'll not worry about which one to get (7.2rs 991.1rs 991.2 gt3 are high on the list so far)
I do have depreciation on my mind but since now I'm in hoarding mode so I'll take it easy.

right on Yc. good justifications. having multiple cars does help as I have the 964Turbo for back seats (my kids spent 15 years with our 964 Turbo & now have grown too large for the back seats. those times were memorable & it went by fast!).
Enjoy in good health!

Hard enough to drive in Houston but a right hand drive model may be the reason for the trade-in ? Someone not paying attention to the picture orientation it seems.
In any event, does seems odd they did not move this to a local Porsche store (of the 2 they run in Houston) and CPO this one. Possibly just a store manager decision to keep and turn at BMW location. Others may chime in on price being 22% off MSRP with low mileage which may indicate decent but not incredible deal.
One notable item, Sonic/Momentum usually changes the last number of the price as inventory ages. For example, $XXX,XX2 means it has been there for some time, then a 3, sometimes a 4 for the longest. Not entirely certain of the time frames for each change but a former contact there mentioned this to me.

I think we are going to see 991.2 values start to come down a fair bit in the next six months... 2 year olds coming off lease, 992 deliveries happening, end of summer = opportunity buying?

$18K less original sticker for $1K less asking price than the C4S listed just above and no CPO ($3K value), but if you are looking for a white PDK with lots of performance goodies, might be a nice car. It still blows me away that someone can spec a $142K 911 and not check the full leather box, it makes a HUGE difference on the interior feel.

That is great and looking forward to mine
+1 I would of expected this around 120-125k
the previous owner took the majority of the depreciation for you
