Had I had a blemish free carfax with half the miles, I maybe would have held on to it.

My cost per mile was $1.75.
Roughly $47,000 excluding gas (maintenance, tires, depreciation) for 27,000 miles in 43 months.
Looks like someone already reserved it or bought it. So, there is always a demand lol
[edit: Let me put it this way, 991.1S prices may not shoot up over the years, but a well kept one priced right will easily find a new home]

Switch to an S and it jumps to $82K (for 20K miles).
Great info thanks for sharing. It did seem like the base models dropped quite a bit in a few months. Having so few transactions can certainly skew the average.

Yikes. If you a) paid MSRP and b) get your asking price, your time with that car cost you $14 per mile

That is one way to look at it.

Another way......probably got 6% off and paid before taxes around $98,000. If he gets his asking price, his depreciation is about $11,000 over 3 years. Not too bad if he enjoyed having it for 3 years.

You are right. But for some folks it is not about the number of miles. I appreciate the owner not putting miles on it. It is a great car for one of us to buy! What is a fair price?

A 2017, $104k build, CPO’ed, at a dealer sells when the price drops below $80k. I would guess the low mileage on this car would place it closer to 80 than 75k, but again, that’s dealer retail. Private party, I would say 75k is absolute top of the market and only obtainable if you can find a buyer that’s really impressed by the low mileage.

I didn't realize it was right hand drive - I thought I saw it as left hand drive. Could there be two?
