Looks like it's is not CPO- the listing says only its only covered under original warranty. I wonder if there is a reason behind that- accident/repair? Otherwise it's a "depreciation special"!

CPO costs the dealer money. They can add or not at will. The interesting question is whether they could if they wanted to but so far there isn't reason to assume they cannot.

This one is undergoing the CPO process and will shortly be available. Very interested, has all the packages and the right color (for me). What do you guys think a fair offer is? Is $80K out of the question?
