HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991

Well it's worse, since the $77,000 is asking price, and dealer. Who knows what the original owner got. 50 bucks?

I know a guy who sold a nicely optioned 991S to a Porsche dealer outright. They flipped it for a $10K mark up asking price.
As a small note, it also is a base model.

Interesting article .....

Can we say bubble? If/when the economy slows down which we're seeing signs of now, things can crumble pretty quick. Especially in the high end car market. No surprise the whole older 911 market and everything else retro has shot through the roof. Wait for the air to start leaking, then a pop!
All this taking advantage of LOW interest rates will end soon too. No surprise Porsche had record sales too as did everyone else. Times won't always be this good (Porsche forgets sometimes).
Good news for guys looking for "hot deals" for years to come .... Just don't have all your eggs tied up in the Wall St. balloon.

How's this one?
http://www.carmax.com/enus/view-car/...results%20page
VERY well optioned, has all the performance goodies including PDCC. Basalt black over Platinum Grey which I think is a nice, safe, sporty combo.
Clean history, low miles, and very reasonable asking price of $70K
Looks good?

Any thoughts on this 2012.5 S with 9k? Low miles and seems to have a nice option list... its local for me so it might be worth a look.

Price would work for me. The only thing I am not a fan of on that one are the wheels, which could be swapped out.

I say check it out - you should be able to get it for less than $70K
