Beautiful cars everyone, loving this thread and want to contribute someday. If anyone is thinking about letting go of a manual with buckets, let me know!! Very few owners putting these up for sale, especially the nicely specced examples - bummed to miss a nice lava orange that just sold.

in the meantime how about a miami blue T. it’s actually my second T. initially bought a black one but traded it for the miami blue. both manuals but the black T had RAS.

any thoughts RAS vs Non RAS on the T?
I’ve read it shrinks the chassis , but I’ve only driven my T with RAS. Others have stated the purist T would be with no RAS (less weight and less complicated)

put a little over 4k daily driver miles on RAS. non-RAS only about 1k miles so far. the RAS did make the car feel smaller and just a little uncanny (but not in a bad way). turn in felt quicker, more immediate. sharper. that being said i don’t miss it and rarely think about it but my perfect spec T would have it.
Thanks for the tip...just wanted a real world opinion from someone who’s owned both types of Ts and judging from the pics drove back to back for 4K + 1K. Personally I don’t know of many who have owned both Ts.

I’ve owned both at the same time. RAS makes slow speed u-turns very easy and at higher speeds, makes the car feel a tiny amount more stable.
It’s a nice-to-have but not a must-have.
The two options that make the car feel very different are LWBS and your choice of manual/PDK.
