same! My PPF/wrap guy has zero interest in trying to make these, looking for someone who might. Rubioalejo is a creative genius!
Hey guys, I made this template for you. This is the 997 Speedster stone guard with the shape modified to match OEM side strips . I printed a physical sample scale 1:1 and it match and align perfectly.
First 2 pictures is Photoshop to see how it looks.
Last 2 pictures the template samples, with those you can go to your PPF/wrap guy, to vectorize and cut the vinyls in the same titanium color. Cool!
Didn't love this whole concept when it was first proposed, but gotta say now that I see a polished finished product, it looks pretty good. I prefer the stock design with the clear shark, but again, this looks great too. One thing to consider given the "weight" of the shark portion is to stop the line more toward the middle of it, like so...

That is a valid point! And is very easy to modify it right now if someone prefers it like that!
I used the same visual language as the OEM strips in front side, I extended the centerline closer to the edge, but leaving a measurement that matches the thickness of the arch on the fender.
Yeah, I think the way I suggested maintains the nice shark shape a bit more while still integrating the stripe. But obviously this is all highly subjective. No right or wrong. :-)
Is that photoshopped, or real (the Porsche badges in the coffees)? I ask because I visited Microsoft last year and in the building we were in they actually had a machine that "printed" such images on the tops of lattes. Assume it worked like an inkjet printer, but with air. Couldn't believe that a) someone actually built such a machine, and b) someone actually bought such a machine.

^wow. So.. the squared off frunk lid has grown on me. But the lower spoiler intake needs some breaking up... too big - especially on yellow/bright colors. Again, above the black rear diffuser, I am OK with the back: The lights and the way the grille and the window comes together is very smooth. But that black area with the exhaust feels heavy.
