Truly depends on the dealer but in my experience most dealers do not like you altering the software/hardware of your car, this Mod included.
That being said - this is totally reversible so if you do come across an issue with your suspension, you could easily revert back to your stock PASM module before taking it to the dealer so that your cars back on “stock” form.
Thanks. I guess I'll ask them next time I go, can't hurt to ask.
I would like pricing on a new DSC V3. I have a 2014 Turbo S (991). You can PM me

Any possible way we could make the normal mode more comfortable ? - even if it would involve compromising performance. Im honestly not feeling much difference stock vs module in normal mode.
Sports mode however is awesome! Sport plus rides sooooo much better than stock sport - can totally use this setting now whereas before I would dare not.
FYI - I will be lowering the car using H&R springs come Tuesday. My car is a 2013 991.1 Base with Sport PASM.
JRP is a large stocking dealer for DSC, they are probably the only company with V3 inventory in stock since we have temporarily sold out. The JRP guys are great. Glad you got your DSC V3 from them.
Let us know how my proposed change of the Default Rate to 1% or 3% work for you. You might find 1% to be too soft, but might not. You should zero your ride height sensors since your car is lowered.

Actually, it could hurt you. If you tell them and they say no, they may make a note of that. If you put it in, and later have a suspension issue unrelated to the DSC, you could swap the OEM unit back in so they don't blame something that wasn't the cause.

Car was actually lowered just yesterday - before when we spoke I was running stock springs. I found both 1% and 3% to be too soft, and the car was bouncing all over the place. But dialled to 8% worked best.
Now, with the car being lowered using H&R springs (Part # 28880-1), the standard calibration file set to 8% feels a bit unrefined. However, I switched to "GT3 Touring" file, set tire pressures to F29/R30 (cold), and the car feels a lot better. The ride is definitely stiffer than the above stock set-up, but not harsh at all. I am pretty happy with this.

Cool. I like the GT3 Touring file a lot. Make sure you zero the ride height sensors.
Default Rate in G Force table. See screenshot below. Default Rate is the minimum % of damping command in the dynamic operating range. The minimum value is used during leisurely cruising when there's very little to no g-force. We refer to this as low-load, since the dynamic system is load-dependent; higher g-force equals higher load. Typically less than 3% Default Rate is too soft for my personal preference, but it depends on the shocks and springs combo and of course the driver's personal preference.

Installed a DSC V3 this week on my 2018 Carrera T.
With stock SPASM, Sport+ would toggle on the firm suspension setting. It doesn’t with DSC — the suspension doesn’t adjust based on drive mode at all as far as I can tell. The console button has to be toggled manually to switch between chassis modes. Is this a feature or a bug?
FWIW, the car remembers the suspension setting from its last drive. So I can just leave it on sport chassis if it has to be that way. But ideally I would run the normal file in normal mode and have it toggle to the sport file in Sport and Sport+ modes. Is this possible?
