But will the .2 part will fit on the .1 plumbing??
The .2 part is actually less expensive. 991-110-677-71, about $76 discounted, but is not listed as a part that supersedes 997-110-647-74. But I'm all in if it fits...
This is the newer part. 991-110-677-71:
...and the part listed for the 991.1, which did go from a .71 to a .74. 997-110-647-74. I should go see if I can see what rev the one on my car is.
They sure do look interchangeable, but it is odd that Porsche still lists the old part as a current part for 991.1 and hasn't superseded it with the new one. They usually are pretty good about that...
Yes it will. That is what I have and many others here as well.
I think sI bought that at a Storage Tech bankruptcy auction.. It's definitelyy earned it's keep.. 😂
I had the same model from the 60’s and miss it since it died, in a pinch I bought a lesser model from the Comp Center and it’s not nearly as good as those versions.
Well this is before the warranty is applied but I just wanted to make everybody aware of what it cost to replace that front spoiler Bladder assembly that contains the sensor. I hope to pick the car up tomorrow morning.

I don't think so. Last year I had to wait 6 weeks to get one from Porsche Germany with the "S" on it. The non S cars just say Turbo and the S cars say Turbo S. It's +$300 for the embossed "S".
This is the part that I am talking about. It is the active spoiler with a rubber bladder located behind the lip that inflates to extend the lip. I believe the sensor is internal, i.e. in the bladder.
