exact same with me. Thankfully the wife is supportive. I’ve had many cars and she knows I really like this one. She’s the one trying to talk me out of even considering selling.
Don't sell it yet...we still have to meet for lunch at some point!

I suppose that's better than a kick in the ***.

Still, painful to look at.

From her chair the $1,500 buys about $300K-$350K of house on a monthly basis or membership dues at another golf course. I can't argue with those thoughts given what I laid out on the "$100K toy" topic.
yea im glad she is to. I get where yours comes from but sometimes we need toys.

Dropped it off at the dealer for a creaking or groaning sound that seems to come from driver's side rear, bushing or something in rear wheel steering or rear suspension?? CPO up in a month so hope they find something! Otherwise it's been bulletproof.

Semi-quick fix on my Turbo... On Saturday, I lost most of my boost. Any significant amount of throttle would result in a 'whooshing' sound from the rear and a maximum of .2 bars of boost. On my 996 Turbo, a quick boost pressure check would be the first thing I did, but not so easy on a 991 unless you buy a couple of hundred dollars worth of lower boost hoses and immediately cut them in half so you can clamp in test plugs.

At any rate, a thorough visual inspection was done and @Beezupra spotted the culprit, the hose connecting the y-pipe to the throttle body had become partially loose on the bottom side and was loosened, re-seated, and torqued.

Ultimately, seems like it a relatively easy fix, though some re-assembly is now required!
