I can't stand the bulky phone holders. I honestly didn't like the one commonly posted here either, felt it blocked the center console. Figured I'd leave it in the door pocket until I find something I like. A few weeks ago an ad from Tulmox popped up on my social media and I figured I'd give it a shot. I use a Samsung S10 and it holds the phone fine without any issues. Fits perfectly over the ashtray lid, something I have no use for. Happy camper.
I did a search...Some are similar problems and some are a bit different.
I'm trying to find the problem WITHOUT costing me thousands of dollars.
Should I not being exhausting ALL resources and the knowledge of those thread starters or just go let the dealer Stick it in dry??
If you have an idea that will help me, I'll gladly go delete my other post. Until I get this fixed without costing me a fortune, I'll be looking for answers from any / all!!
Maybe you don't understand how this crap bothers me. I'll actually lose sleep over weird crap like this. It's just how I am. I'll try not to take offense to your post about me trying to find a fix for this, but just being honest, it kinda struck me the wrong way. Forums are for help. I'm asking for help here.
totally. that $hit drives me nuts too and i have never been to the dealer for anything. wish i could help on this one but thankful in a way that i don't know personally. good luck brother.

Thanks brother! Hoping to find it soon. Sounding more like some control module or something like that. Hopefully less expensive than a full replacement.

If it is an air bladder puncture for the front spoiler, then the front spoiler won't stay deployed at full tilt for long. You can test this by manually deploying the spoilers when you park, leaving it overnight with the spoilers fully deployed, and checking in the morning to see whether the front lip is still fully extended/deployed.

Thank you
In my video the bladders felt VERY stiff. I'd think if there was a leak, it would have shown then. I'm not sure it the pump keeps constant pressure or continuous pumping when the cars running or not.
I plan to check a few things today with it, as I have a little time today. Also trying to find a Indy I can visit with a PIWIS that might not charge me much to take a look.

Hey Big - isn't your car under warranty? I know that's probably a dumb question - but shouldn't this be covered? Best of luck - its very frustrating..
I keep saying this, if someone would make a delete for the front OEM spoiler, no codes, and made a none moving affordable replacement I would buy one. As this car get older the need for this will go up.

No, my car ran out of factory warranty in Jan. of this year. Been considering a Fidelity Platinum for the future though.
I got my car checked today by an Indy with a PIWIS.
Long story short, it must be the control module for the Spoiler system or something related to the speed sensor.
I pulled the battery + cable to reset on the way over. Everything worked PERFECTLY deploying them manually in EVERY mode!
Sport Plus deployed them as it should and manually did so too. Static AND at Speed ( up to 75-77 mph) WITHOUT ANY issue.
SOON as I hit 78 mph, the code pops up!!! When in Sport Plus with everything deployed, at Soon as it hit 78 mph, the "SPOILER FAILURE - REDUCE SPEED" Warning pops up and the rear spoiler Retracts immediately
I took 25 mins of video as the tech went through All of my codes and things logged. It's hard to believe what all these cars store. I also have something going on inside my drivers door, according to the PIWIS.
He said the micro sensors and such inside the door / door handle do this type of thing. Could just be a dirty connection or something. They've had to chase them before to clean and reconnect.
Funny thing is, NOTHING is acting up on my door. That I know of anyway.
They are going to try to find me a used control module and try to save me some money. More to come after they investigate the codes with some of their resources and if they can find another Control Module.
I'll keep everyone posted.
