I'm 90% certain, my dealer sent me an email on May 28th at 2:33pm saying PTS just opened and he was changing my build. My dealer put me on the PTS list on March 11th, I don't know when they started collecting requests of colors and customer names but it was probably about then.
And my allocation has been V170 pretty much since May 28th, the factory deleted an option or two to try to schedule it very early on, but it ended up getting moved back to V170.
Got a 'heads-up' from Rennlister 'Otisdog' about chatter in the PistonHeads UK website:
Puffs of smoke now appearing in multiple places...UK, Middle East and some US dealers telling their customers. This according to some posts on this thread...and private messages & emails I am getting. Is there a 'fire' behind all the smoke?

PS Back around June 17/18 I reported that 'Ultraviolet' was going to be discontinued on the 'RS' by end of November 2015. The information was given to a customer by Porsche Germany and passed on to me. We didn't know 'why' back then...and we don't know 'why' now!
If that's true, I'm going to be very sad. Expecting to get an alloc for an early Calendar Year 2016 build (when/if those finally drop), and I'll be very sad to not be able to go PTS on my GT3 RS.
Still, I'd rather have one than not, so LO will be my fallback.
But, for a PTS lover, this is agonizing. McLaren has had no problems accommodating my requests.

If what I just read is true and implemented to my allocation Im gonna loose it. I will pay him a visit in the morning and see what he has to say.

Let's not panic just yet! Remember it was the second PCNA directive which told everyone that pushing an allocation back to December to accommodate PTS was exactly what to expect. So hopefully Porsche deliver on that promise! So far this November 21st date as last PTS production date is unconfirmed! Let's keep that in mind.

email all the Swiss Porsche Dealers that PTS is no longer available on the 991 GT3 RS because of demand.
To my understanding all the orders that aren't secu(r)ed yet will not pass.
Lets cross fingers for the ones who still waiting for a confirmation.
By the way I will get a viper green 991 RS (Status is V200).
Your PTS 253 Light Green is locked into your configuration. From July 6th, onward, there is a PTS order stop with the exception of Black, Racing Yellow, and {he typed Miami, but must be Maritime} Blue. Since we were before that, we're not affected other than the expected delay.
The latest Order Option Update from Porsche says there's a 5 month delay from allocation month. Your car is an October allocation. Simple math says we'll see your car April-ish 2016 but as of right now should be built and painted to your spec.
It's ironic, but I really don't see why using a different paint in the paint gun would be this difficult.
McLaren Special Operations will happily paint my car any color I want.
Yeah, I've posted it before but Porsche Exclusive is really a joke. Worst customization experience by far - I'm fortunate to have some great aftermarket shops so I ultimately get on the car what I want (like Viper Green seat belts for my incoming RS), but PAG always says no to my money.
