Not sure these are relevant to the 911. But they popped up on the Glasurit website for possible new Porsche colours:

Volcano grey met

Light oxford grey (this is a historic colour? not sure why it's back again???)

Chalk

Will any of these make it to production (like Miami and Graphite blue met did), or will they end up in the dustbin (like Magic bamboo met)?

Volcano Grey Met is an available Macan option. Wouldn't be surprised if they bring back light Oxford Grey as a special color for the 718.

New Panamera also due this year so I expect a few more new colors. The new center console looks nothing like the current one used across the lineup...

Looks like the Fashion Grey craze has fueled more concrete colors!!!
Chalk looks like Audi's Nardo Grey.

Just heard my signal yellow car has finished production. Getting excited now!
Long shot, but I would love a sneaky spy shot if anyone is at the factory and happens to see it!

As I have posted before, I love 'Signal Yellow'. I owned
an original paint 1973 911T in that lovely hue. And I
fell in love with this color back when I first saw it on a
Porsche when I was in college sometime between 1968
& 1972.

For your information, there was one 'Signal Yellow'
.2 997 gt3 RS done & delivered in England. Then
they stopped anyone else from ordering another
'Signal Yellow' PTS during the rest of the 997 period.

But it re-appeared as an approved color for the 991
over two years ago and at least one gt3 in Colorado
was ordered in this great color!

Thanks Eduardo,

Small world, a friend of mine purchased that SY 997.2 RS in the UK it looked fantastic in the flesh and was a major factor in choosing it for my 991. The car is now owned by another enthusiast and is about 20 miles from me. I will see if at some stage I can get a snap of them together.

Like a lot of the colours you have helped enlighten people about, it is difficult to capture a true representation by camera.

I will post some snaps once I have taken delivery.
